I'm from Texas and the food here is good enough to scratch my BBQ itch. Probably the best all-around I've had in Idaho, and my rating uses Idaho standards - not Texas. Atmosphere is fine for BBQ - it's a food trailer on a busy street. My only complaint is that they aren't too close, and I can't ever figure out when they are open to make a special trip worthwhile. The communication before hand was excellent. The food was incredible. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend. They made our loaded potatoes two ways for vegetarian people. The food was delicious. Lots of compliments.
