I'm from Texas and the food here is good enough to scratch my BBQ itch. Probably the best all-around I've had in Idaho, and my rating uses Idaho standards - not Texas. Atmosphere is fine for BBQ - it's a food trailer on a busy street. My only complaint is that they aren't too close, and I can't ever figure out when they are open to make a special trip worthwhile. Have eaten here numerous times what can i say its been years coming. The guys just awesome the food speaks for itself. Its award winning barbecue and some of the best around. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. 5 stars all the way. Watch their Facebook for more info on when they have really yummy specials sometimes on holidays.
