These negative reviews are very hard to believe. The people here are always so sweet, & such a good vibe!! They take the time to make you feel important. Not just the typical robot you get at other places of same ole how are you, ok bye. I've only had not the best drink once out of many many times. Otherwise amazing! Keep it up. I appreciate you guys. You bring joy to my day! Oh and your music selection this morning of Elevation W was amazing and brought a huge smile to my face. Have a blessed day!

Low quality service and people working on Sunday morning at this particular Dutch Bros. Zero customer service skills. No personality. Need some serious training with these gals or start with a whole new crew. Drinks aren’t hard to mess up so those were great but the experience is better at the center of Portland during the summer of love.

Haven't really had any food items. I love their drinks, the workers are always very upbeat and willing to make suggestions on drinks.
Usually, it's pretty quick, and the workers are nice. The drinks do seem to vary a little depending on who makes it, though.
