Fun atmosphere, I wish there were more sugar free flavor options. Coffee is definitely not my favorite.

This isn’t the first occasion but on 11/5 Audrey was closing and was very rude yet again. Her attitude is as if she hates her job. Gets an attitude if you don’t order quickly enough, gets frustrated when offering a phone number instead of an app to earn points. Not only has she had an attitude but she rolls her eyes right in front of paying customers and that’s not good customer service. On top of her horrible attitude towards customers she messes up at least 1-2 of our drinks every time we’ve come through, then gets upset and irritated if we ask her to fix/remake the mistake. Tried giving the benefit of the doubt and a second chance since everyone has bad/off days but this clearly isn’t the issue.

The lines to get in the Drive-Thru are a bit confusing, but the service is very quick and my drink was wonderful!

The crew this morning (8/24/25, 9 am) is truly exceptional! They went above and beyond to help us out after we accidentally ordered to the wrong location. The drinks turned out perfect and we were so grateful they helped us out!

Nice little coffee place, coffee was ok but they couldn't make the coffee in togo mugs and wasted 4 cups making americanos.

Drinks are always consistent at Dutch. The guy with white hair was really friendly!

Sat in line for roughly 15 minutes, in a line roughly 8 cars long, and when a young girl in a car bypassed the entire line and made a large order, the guy managing the line tried to make an excuse to me when I voiced my displeasure. A very clear lack of respect for etiquette and business management, and it reflects poorly on ownership.

Great 'call' menu is you are indecisive. Large portions. Always open (on division) fast and friendly. I love the bagels and branding.

Absolutely Love Dutch Bros!
Dutch Bros never disappoints! The energy, the vibe, and of course, the coffee, are all top-notch. The staff is always super friendly and genuinely excited to help you find your new favorite drink. Whether I’m grabbing a classic iced kicker, trying one of their seasonal specials, or going all out with a custom rebel energy drink, everything is delicious and made just right.
The service is fast, the menu is huge (in the best way), and the positive energy is contagious. I love that they always make you feel like more than just another customer. Hands down, my go-to coffee spot. Keep up the amazing work, Dutch Bros! 💙☕️
