We ordered the full size cobb and it did not disappoint! It's a beautiful salad, the people are incredibly friendly, and it's a very easy truck to place your order and get it to go. There are many different options and customizations available. Highly recommend!

I’m in love with the food at Edgy Veggie! Every salad and bowl I’ve had is delicious! High quality food. Wonderful service. Fast. Conveniently located. Couldn’t give them more praise!

I had always driven by but never stopped. They are only open for lunch weekdays. But... by far the best salad I've ever had. It's huge too. Cost wise they are about $15ish but very worth it. Not fast service but everything is made to order.
