I'm a total coffee snob and wish I could scream off with their heads when they ruin a cap breve, but I am equally grateful and indebted to those who crush the coffee order! So thank you for making my day exceptional and setting the bar high. Normally get the vegan chicken pot pie here (yummyyyy) but they were out of it so tried the tart cherry, which is my new favorite pie!

My go-to coffee shop in CDA. Nice people who know how to make a cup of coffee. Baristas actually know the correct size of a traditional cappuccino! Great downtown location and nice shop. Try them, you'll like them.

I started going to Evan's Brothers Coffee when we lived in CDA. When we moved only because of a job opportunity to San Diego, I have continued to order my bulk coffee from Evan's and love it. I normally buy the organic dark roast. Miss CDA and the great people.

Super friendly spot for a treat or afternoon pick me up. Sylvia was so helpful with suggestions of coffee flavors, I went home with two bags! My husband and I enjoyed a little apple pie that afternoon too. We will be back again.
Very yummy coffee, the gf treat options are wonderful. The baristas were sweet, one added in more oatmilk to my iced espresso, when I asked. Thanks for a great experience!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten free options

I'm very particular with espresso and this roaster did not disappoint. Tried two other roasters in Coeur D'Alene and this gave me the best straight black double espresso. They also have multiple beans including a few single origin. Meat pies were excellent as well.

Off the main path, literally just a bit off Sherman down 5th street. It has a great vibe that a coffee shop should have. Music and conversations fill the air, but they all blend together, and it still feels private.It's a decent size space with plenty of room. Seating along the window, comfy couch, laid back side chairs along with a large center table and individual tables along the north wall.The coffee. The important part. It's freaking delicious. Along with your standard that every coffee shop serves, they have some signature drinks that are worth trying as well. If you like dark chocolate, try the dark chocolate mocha. If you are accustomed to the burnt coffee taste that rhymes with $ar-bucks this will be a fresh adventure. The coffee here is fresh and you can taste the flavor as they source their own beans.A daily selection of hand pies if you're looking for a bite to eat along with some gluten free and vegan cookies too.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and gluten free cookies while they last each day.
