Truly some of the best pizza and best customer service I've ever had. We stopped in at 8:50 and weren't sure if they were still open - Yelp said they closed at 9, Google said they closed at 10, and there were still tables that were eating. They were cleaning up from a very busy dinner rush, and told us they stopped seating at 9 and we were more than welcome to order food and drinks. The service was top tier. Dan was our server and he was amazing. We told him we were going to order something quickly and be out of his hair, but he invited us to take our time, and truly meant it. He even served another group right after us and made them feel just as welcomed. We started with some drinks and a caprese salad, which was served on crostinis. It was a great starter! We split their Jiminy Crimini pizza and it was PHENOMENAL. Both of us haven't been able to stop talking about it. We were given two speciality salts - a truffle salt (life changing!!!!) and a jalapeno salt. Adding a little bit of the truffle salt added so much flavor to an already delectable pizza. Will absolutely be back - we're already planning our next trip to Couer D'Alene!

We were visiting here from Northwest Arkansas and were thoroughly impressed with the food and cocktails here. Our server, Justine, went above and beyond to make sure our admittedly high maintenance vegan/GF questions and requests were answered and addressed. On top of that, she and another server, Lilly, took the time to essentially help us plan out the rest of our time here, in alignment with our food preferences and our goals to visit awesome bookstores and coffee shops. It was the end of the night and they could have easily rushed us out of there after what looked like an incredibly busy evening (it was March Madness weekend and there had been two very large parties there finishing up when we arrived).Our ONLY disappointment was the fact that they were apparently not allowed to change the channel on the tv . . . If the only option is the “hive” - a channel of short TikTok type videos, viral videos, etc., I think the better option is no tv. It really cheapened the feel of an otherwise casual, but still classy restaurant.But to bring it back around to the fact that everything else was fantastic: the Huckleberry Beach O.G. was light and fruity and the perfect amount of tart, with a sweet, sugared rim; amalfi salad, sans cheese was excellent; the plant power pizza was ginormous and so freaking good. My boyfriend got The Mighty Mason cocktail - it was spicy and VERY sour; he enjoyed his amalfi salad (also no cheese), and loved the Code Red pizza - GF crust was thin and crispy, and he specifically loved the red sauce.Thank you for a wonderful dinner and the top notch service!

Came in on a Tuesday to place a take out and two employees in the back, one of which was just sitting, directed me to the server who was a one man show. I told the server he could help seat another party while I looked at the menu and he totally forgot about me, left after 20 minutes. The pizza looked great, but with the state of the service here, may be worth giving this shop a miss.

Fire Artisan is definitely worth the stop! Waiter squeezed us in on the patio so we could eat out with our dog and was extremely kind and friendly. Absolutely loved the cauliflower-crust pizza (had to order another) and loved the salad! Inside is beautifully decorated and bathrooms are clean and baby-friendly (changing table). The gluten free cider they offer was delicious as well! Overall, a great stop!Dietary restrictions: Offer gluten-free options (cauliflower crust).

This is our favorite place for Friday night family dinners. Every pizza we get is so delicious! The last few visits we have had Justine as our server and she is our favorite - always warm and friendly and fast with the food!
We just love this place. They truly have some of the most flavorful pizzas in town with a great dough. Really nice ambiance, fun playlist, lovely staff, yummy menu, can’t go wrong here. It’s our go-to. We often get waited on by Niveah who just does an amazing job. Thank you Niveah and everyone for being here. Try the Thai pizza!!
