Do not recomend ordering for delivery. We received half of our order. Called in to speak with the manager and she was distracted the entire conversation, made an excuse why we didn't get our complete order. Once we received our complete order, the food was just eh..not impressed, not ordering again.

Awesome staff! Great customer service. The food came fast. We described the food as beautiful. An employee went out of his way when it was busy to refill the cherry syrup for my son and chatted with my son the entire time. All staff was above and beyond!

We have been to Five Guys many times over the years and have always had great food. We went to the Coeur D'alene ID, Five Guys 2 weeks ago and the food was as good as always, today March 19 2026, however was different although it wasn't bad it certainly wasn't what we've come to expect, I could have gotten a better and cheaper burger at Burger King. This time nothing was made to order, buns and patties were all pre grilled and sitting under hot lamps, by the time our burgers were ready (15 minutes later) the buns were cold, patties were Luke warm and all the juice was cooked out of them, cheese was not melted (it looked like it was thrown on as an after thought), the buns seemed to be smaller then normal, we got about half the fries you usually expect to get, and the annoying music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Was it better then average? Not really, but we don't go to Five Guys to get an average burger. This restaurant has only been open here a few months and it seems it's already cutting corners and cheaping out. I will not be going to this restaurant again, I will go to either the Missoula or Kalispell Five Guys or better yet Fruegals.

The taste of the food was good, so I gave it an extra star. A few issues with how it was prepared: 1. The toppings were left on the bun too long while the burger was cooking, making the bun soggy and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up… At least there were forks available. This is a big peeve of mine.
2. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, there was no bacon. Bacon is the most important thing- how can you forget bacon?😂
3. The burger was placed in the bottom of a skinny paper bag, making hard to get it out from under the huge pile of fries. I know overflowing fries is 5 Guy’s thing, but I really don’t need that much. This probably contributed to it falling apart because I had to yank it out from around the fries. I could take the fries out, sure, but then I have to set them on the table and who knows if it’s been cleaned recently.
4. Finally, of course- as always- the machine asks you for a tip at the register before you even get your food and decide whether you’re happy with it or not. Tipping nonsense is way out of hand in America! Just pay your employees a decent wage!
