Awesome staff! Great customer service. The food came fast. We described the food as beautiful. An employee went out of his way when it was busy to refill the cherry syrup for my son and chatted with my son the entire time. All staff was above and beyond!

We have been to Five Guys many times over the years and have always had great food. We went to the Coeur D'alene ID, Five Guys 2 weeks ago and the food was as good as always, today March 19 2026, however was different although it wasn't bad it certainly wasn't what we've come to expect, I could have gotten a better and cheaper burger at Burger King. Sooo good!!! Every single time we go here, no matter if it is busy, its ALWAYS consistent!!! Such amazing, juicy big burgers!!!! Totally worth the price. You wont regret it. Soo delicious. Keep up the great work guys. Your doing great and we appreciate it!
