We had looked up this store and saw it had 5 stars rating. We arrived to see a sandwich board on the sidewalk and the door open wide at 11:53. As I walked in, the young lady behind the counter told me they were not open yet. I left politely and sat outside the store till 12:06. As the store hours were posted as opening at 12:00, we were surprised she didn't come out to tell us we could come in. Sooooo, we left and went to Panhandle Cone and coffee which was great!

Wow. The best gelato. Full stop. The young gentleman behind the counter spoke perfect Italian. Added to the whole experience. Go out of your way to try their gelato. Fantastic flavors.

I ordered one scoop but apparently they gave me a kids' scoop. It was ridiculous. You don't get what you pay for (compared to other gelato places we've been to), so we are not going back. The ice cream was ok.

If you’re looking for authentic gelato, go to Italy, but this is a pretty good substitute if you’re in Coeur d’Alene. Super friendly workers and a good vibe, great refresher after a day by the lake.

Always a favorite place to stop when in downtown CDA. We've always had great friendly service there, and the gelato is delicious. I was there today, perfect treat after lunch on a warm summer day. I got their pistachio gelato, which is one of my personal favorites.
Vegetarian options: As far as I know, all of their gelato is vegetarian :)
Dietary restrictions: The allergies on their gelato, including egg and gluten They do have dairy free sorbet

The gelato is delicious but I did not get a full scoop serving. They did not rinse the scoop between customers which leaves a lot of gelato still stuck to the scoop.

Great shop with a cute photo op wall! The atmosphere is fun and the gelato is *chefs kiss* I ordered the Dark Chocolate Gelato and it was perfectly rich and smooth. I’m not usually a fan of chocolate ice cream, but this Gelato was perfection
