The location of this inn is great! It’s walking distance to the lake and downtown. Parking on the street in front of the inn was easy, but then again September is slower than the summer. The restaurant was wonderful. The service was top notch and the food delicious, highly recommend it. The inn itself was underwhelming. There were many little things that could be taken care , such as adding a latch to the cabinet hiding the tub pluming where the toilet roll was attached to, putting a towel hook by the tub, changing out the light stained carpet, adding some art on the walls and fresh paint, and replacing wobbly tables. It felt tired and a bit depressing. Also, the walls are thin. We could hear the neighbors tv loud and clear. Fortunately they were done by 10 pm. Breakfast room was dark and uninviting with limited options like cheese stick, yogurt and granola. Due to the great location and restaurant, I’d stay there again but with properly lowered expectations.

We love this Inn; we have stayed over the years. The restaurant downstairs is very charming. Staff is very pleasant. The accommodations and staff have been consistently outstanding. This visit was no exception.

Location was perfect for a quick walk to the downtown area. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The dinner menu is has an array of delightful yummy tapas and entrees. Will definitely visit this place again.

If you are looking for a unique place to stay with charm and character, this is it! We enjoyed our stay at Greenbriar as well as the food in the restaurant downstairs. It's an old home so there are some creaks so if you want something modern, this isn't the place. The staff was very nice and we would stay again. It was clean and comfortable.

Awesome food and staff! Had delicious tapas. The Asian meatballs and the pulled pork enchiladas were phenomenal! Even during a remodel the staff adapted so well. Super friendly and professional. Got to talk to the GM Gabriel Cruz and learned the enchiladas were his dish. Such a great experience we are going back tonight.

Wow. Where to start? This is a bed and breakfast in a residential area in Core'dalne. This was my first time coming here, and I'll never forget it. The atmosphere has a comforting woody, cabin kind of feel to it, and has a fairy like garden outside. I ordered the Cinnamon French Toast, and I loved it! It was buttery, and had really great flavor. If you need something extra, I would recommend the hash browns. That staff was super friendly, and even let us look at some cook books they have. When I come back to Core'dalne, I'm definitely coming here. I tottaly recommend coming here!

Had dinner outside on the patio with a friend. Loved the small tapas plates and dessert. Fun cocktails as well. Service was good by today's post covid standards. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I randomly stopped by Coeur d'Alene on our cross-country road trip and we stayed one night in Greenbriar Inn. We very much enjoyed our stay! The location of the Inn was perfect, with lots of restaurants just couple of blocks away and a short walk distance to the lake shore. There's a restaurant attached which serves brunch for guests on Sat & Sun, pity we didn't catch the right time to try it. Although the room size is relatively small, it has everything we needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast served in their partner restaurant, named 'Rustic', was so delicious, probably the best breakfast we had had in our entire trip. We'll certainly stay here again if we come to Coeur d'Alene.

We loved Cœur D’Alene and staying at the Greenbriar. The Inn is a period hotel a few blocks away from the centre of Cœur D’Alene. Accommodation was comfortable with easy on-street parking. There is a lot to see and do in the town which sits on a scenic lake.

We spent a night here on our honeymoon road trip and really enjoyed it. It is very historic but in good shape. The bar had a nice atmosphere and it was very close to downtown. We walked all over the area including to the lake and resort areas. I'm a big fan of classic country inns and this one brought a lot of nostalgia with it. We'd stay again.

Booked bed and breakfast and shocked to learn this meant Bed and Breakfast+$10 as on site breakfast had ceased. Directed to a sister restaurant called Rustic which offered poor service, cold food, plastic cutlery and attitude. Shame as the room was clean, excellent wifi, and well located. Avoid.

Completely ignored. Drove in from Seattle and we were excited by the menu. We had a reservation for 6:30p for 3 people. We were sat by a polite host around 6:25. We waited for over 20 minutes and watched while all the tables around us were served. It wasn’t even busy. I went to the server who helped the people around us to remind them that we hadn’t been offered water or even acknowledged. She blamed another server who I’d never seen for the delay. I returned to my table for another 15 minutes. Still, nobody came to our table. We decided to leave given that this situation looked unpromising. I went to inform the server that we were leaving and was told that they “had” my water - there was nothing in sight to indicate this and they made no appeal to apologize or keep us as customers . I totally understand places are short staffed from COVID and we were more than reasonable in understanding this. At least try to acknowledge a table in your section at some point. We went to Collective Kitchen down the street and they were able to fit us in on a busy night with no reservation. Don’t waste your time on 315 Cuisine.

Stayed on Greenbriar Inn and it included breakfast in 315 Cuisine restaurant. It was absolutely wonderful. The menu had so many unique choices- the two we choose we so tasty! Highly recommend. Gabriel, the head of food and beverage, came by just to make sure we were satisfied. Will be back next time in town!

Cannot comment on food because we sat there for an hour without anyone taking our order Very disappointed with the lack of communication

Yes, this review is very late. Last Thanksgiving, due to Covid, my family was unable to gather for the holiday. My wife and I wanted to stay home, but decided not to mess up our kitchen for two meals. Our solution... place a take out order at the Greenbriar Inn. No, it wasn't something they usually provide, but we're really glad for the exception. The food was wonderful with generous portions. They left nothing out. We ate very well.
