Our food was gross and burnt our papa joe only had ketchup and mustard on them everytime we go the customer service is horribe from this location.
Terrible!! Every single time the food is wrong, cold, and burnt. Tonight we ordered 3 items. While my fish and chip sat on the counter for 10 minutes getting cold, the cook failed to tell anyone that the "doggonner" order couldn't be prepared due to lack of hot dogs. When we finally were approached about a substitution the cost difference was not taken into account. So the fish and chips sat and got even colder while the substitution was made.
