food is always hot & fresh. but they just made the switch from Coke to Pepsi so I can't give them 5 stars. also they now charge $1 for eggs. overall great food & a good experience.
My husband and I came in less than an hour before close without realizing and everyone working was very courteous and friendly. The two gentlemen working the grill were happy to help and had great customer service as well as our waiter! We haven’t had a bad experience at this huhot but this time was the best experience we’ve had.
My boyfriend and I went there on a Friday night and the food was delicious. The only issue was with the service. Our waitress spent the entire time we were there talking with her significant other even though she had tables in the restaurant. One of the other waitresses working there had to help with our drinks because our actual waitress did not check up on us. I was a waitress so I understand, but it was unprofessional how she was talking to her significant other and not checking...
