Galaxy was awesome!!! Super sweet & made sure we had everything we needed. My buddy and I got the spicy ramen (extra spicy for me of course) and some crab ragoons. So good and great portion size!! Will definitely be coming back to try the hot pot!

We stopped here tonight on our way through town and were VERY happy we did. The food and service was amazing, very affordable and authentic bringing us right back to Hawaii. The server Jace was extremely attentive and made fun casual conversation with us about our two toddlers and food tastes. Chicken Katsu, Spare Ribs and Kalua pork were all delicious. And DOLE WHIP with Li Hing!!! We will definitely be back!

We loved our dinner! Started with crab Rangoon and it was so good!! Then we got a loco moco and mixed fried rice. Both were absolutely delicious!! We finished off with the dole whip and loved it!! Jace was an amazing server! We will definitely be returning soon!

Jace and the crew never disappoint us when we come to the Hulu pot. The food is always fresh and delicious and we love coming here. Look for them for catering events as well as they do wonderful job. I recommend hula pot anytime you’re downtown.

The food was great. You have the option of using hot pots to cook your own food or order off a different menu for cooked food. Great options. Service staff was great. We did wait a bit for our food but the staff were apologetic for it. I would recommend to friends.

I was prepared to give 3 stars because the servers and cooks take FOREVER to service your table (never got a refill of water after 1.5 hours) but the food was ok.

That was up until I had the ramen(specialty dish according to this place). That changed everything.

It was instant noodles. INSTANT NOODLES with instant packet broth. Are you okay paying $15 for cup noodles? I am not. It was absolutely unacceptable to serve instant noodles for that price.

Whoever the corporate a-hole running this place is, they need to
A) hire more servers and cooks so food isn’t taking forever
B) improve food quality (use REAL ramen) and more authentic

It was ok. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go, but I'm not saying it's amazing. If we go back I want to try the hotpot.

We tried a variety of dishes and a few appetizers so we could get a feel for the menu. The presentation was great. The food was cooked fine, the appetizers were a little on the cold side. In my opinion, the flavor profile was subdued/kinda bland. Not as bold or flavorful as I was hoping. The Mac salad wasn't that good in my opinion. If they were going for a "traditional" Hawaiian Mac flavor I'd say it had too much mayo and not enough apple cider vinegar. I am biased on Hawaiian food somewhat due to my wife having lived in Hawaii for a big portion of her youth. Everyone that has her katsu says it's the best they have ever had, and I agree. Give it a try. Maybe we just went in on an off day for the cooks, or too late in the evening ?‍♂️.

Great service and Great food.Jace our waiter was very helpful with explaining everything on the menu. I would highly recommend this place!

Kid-friendliness: So the food was amazing, but our party of 4 had 1 main dish come almost 20 minutes after the first three dishes, and when we mentioned it to both servers and how we were almost done with our food by the time the last dish came, they didn’t care one bit and offered no compensation of any kind, instead just suggesting we three could order some dole whip for dessert while we waited for our friend to finish eating or that she could just get it to go!!! Terrible attitude delivered in a sweet tone.

Food was ono! Huge amount of Kayla pork and rice and the katsu chicken was crunchy and perfect. Great portions for a great price
