This location is cozy, but the flavor is Huge!! There can be a wait to be seated, It is worth the wait!! The food was delicious. We got in the waiting list and popped over to near by shops. Plenty of parking.
Appetizer cornbread stack. Delicious!! Salads fresh and homemade dressing. I had the burger and the flavor levers woke up my taste buds.

Walked in on Saturday afternoon; and they were full ! So I sat at the bar like an adult and absolutely enjoyed my meal. The shrimp and grits were phenomenal; bloody mary absolute perfection. The seasoning were deep and thought out ; this is not amateur cooking and I would highly recommend.
I've read some of the low star reviews just for entertainment, and it's embarrassing. To rate a restaurant low because they are busy is absurd. I've dined at countless restaurants and it's a tell of a phenomenal establishment when it's busy all the time , and this is the case for Izzy's.
Anyone who gives a low star review to a busy restaurant should stick to fast food, or maybe educate themselves on how reservations work. Rant over.
Thanks for the great meal ! Can't wait to be back.

We had the best Shrimp and grits ever! We have had Shrimp and grits from Charlston SC to California and they nailed it! We also had the Pork Chop with grits and it was done perfectly, slightly pink in the middle (to get the chef to do that with pork is rare). Overall, fabulous servers, great atmosphere. A fun and tremendous find, just slightly off the beaten path. Don't over spend when you can enjoy a rare local dinning experience at Izzys!!

My sisters and I stopped in for lunch and the food was amazing. The burgers, wraps, chicken sandwich were all really great and the fries were spectacular. Service and indoor eating area was very good as well. Will be returning for sure.
