My daughter and I went through there yesterday and we both ended up getting sick. Had I checked the reviews before going there I would have changed course because as it appears this store should have been shut down already. I will be contacting the authorities as this took a whole day off of work from me. So I truly hope by the time the authorities come they got their crap together

I ordered a gremlin munchie meal for me and my wife along side some mozzarella sticks the only food that was hot and edible were the mozzarella sticks everything else was cold and stale and our sodas (which we weren’t given straws for) tasted flat every time I go to this location the quality is like this. This location needs to be closed or all staff replaced cause this is ridiculous how much they don’t care

I don't know how many times we have to complain to Jack In The Box about lousy service, specifically cold food. I ordered a bunch of tacos with onion rings. Since the time I walked in the door they had several tacos already made and sitting there. I asked the cashier for the ones the cook just put in the oil to cook. I was told that these were not there long. once I received my order, I pulled out a couple tacos right there on the counter and they were cold. Someone from the back said they weren't there long and they were fine. At this point, I don't know who manages this particular restaurant but they do not have any idea what their employees are doing. I love Jack in the Box and suggest you go to other locations and avoid this one. Unfortunately I work near this one and have gone their often. 4 out of 5 times I deal with cold food. Enough is enough.

Forgot half of my stuff and didn’t answer the phone when I called. I called multiple times, no answer and the employees were very very rude and slow. Took over 20 minutes to get our food and they still forgot half the order. Not to mention they were playing loud music that no child should hear while just getting food.

Establishment has gone downhill from 2010. Burger looks pathetic chicken nuggets appear dry. Only had coca cola in the soda machine. Not a very good location.
