People are disgusting. Service is worse. I left before I received my food. Corporate should get involved. Don't eat at this particular restaurant. You may get saminilla or worse.

I went through the drive-thru tonight around 6:00 p.m. for the Jack in the box on Ramsey they were the most efficient drive-thru that I have been through yet the gentleman taking my orders intending to drive through was so nice very professional customer service was outstanding I would definitely recommend and I will return for sure

This literally has to be one of the worst fast food places here in town. They know nothing about customer service and the food is always cold. They know nothing about customer service or fresh food I was given a coupon for a free burger with the purchase of a large drink, but I can't drink soda. So nicely I asked, because I did it two days ago can I purchase a large fry instead of the drink because the fries actually cost more. Just a cold no, and so I asked why not, they did it 2 days ago. But honestly thank you guys because you made it easy for me not to want to go there again so there's so many other places to choose from

I get off work around 2-3am every morning. There’s no other places open near me besides Jack in the box and on there website plus this it says they’re open 24hrs but i go there and they tell me there systems are shut down from 3-4am every morning and they can’t take orders. I think it’s pretty ridiculous they say they’re open 24hrs but between 3-4am there systems shut down. Doesn’t make any sense, sounds like laziness to me.

To the lady that took care of me at front window roughly around 1:30-2pm on October 22nd extremely nice and amazing attitude. I used to work at the jack in the box off of 41 and wow was I surprised how much better these stores have gotten. Knowing what was going on at 41 I’ve hesitated to ever come to a jack in a box again but after today service at Ramsey store I’ll be back there😁
Their drive through is supposed to be open 24 hours. However theyvare not. They close anound 10pm. There are no cars in the parking lot.

HWY 41 Jack in the box, It was 5:15 am I pulled up to the drive through I wait 5 min with a car in front of me too. He finally pulled up ware I sat for another 5 min. No answered so I finally pulled up to the window and waited for the car in front to move with his food. I waited 5 more minutes when a young girl then came to the window and told me the kitchen was being cleaned and by now it was 5:27am. I asked you just served the car in front of me and now the kitchen is closed now? I thought you were open 24 hours. This is ridiculous service and you should look into this. After I got to work, I shared my experience with all my drivers and they tell me this is common knowledge for this place. I run a business and I always inspect what I expect.. I guess won’t be back and glad we are getting a McDonald’s on HWY 41.
