Watched the employees leave right as we got there. Google, online app for Jack in the box said the store was open. We placed an online order but right when we got there the staff left. We weren't able to get ahold of anyone to refund our order nor can we call anyone to get that refunded. Waste of money when they promote that they're open 24 hours a day.

I placed an order around 1:30pm on the app for the wrong jack in the box and was still able to get my food after I got off from work instead of getting a refund thanks to Dustin who wrote a note for the night crew and for Chris who allowed it to be remade for me! This was much appreciated as I hadn’t eaten anything all day! Thanks guys excellent customer service!!!

Morning manager is rude, when you place an app order they keep sending you through the drive-thru. And they proceed to yell at you for their time taken too long. And say it's on their end and there's nothing they can do. Employees are rude and very unhelpful I said at the window for 5 minutes watching the morning manager sit in a booth and just talk until she finally realized I was at the window waiting for my food which I still haven't got.

Ordered Uber eats at 11:24pm.. I got the Munchie meal with a double cheese burger 2 tacos, halfsies fries and a unsweetened tea!! My Uber driver sat in the parking lot waiting for over 15 min.. when I got my meal the bunn was hard as a rock on half of one side.I asked for lite onion and had extra onion.I only had straight fries that were also so hard i couldn't even air fry them back to life.. my tea was a sweet tea which was whatever no big deal.. I spent 25$ on a meal that I threw in the garbage. When I called the store the punk that answered the phone was so rude and preceeded to tell me that it was my ubers fault why my food was stale and that they toast the buns and can't help if they come out hard!! Are you serious!! I was very upset went to bed hungry and out 25$.. very sad service!!
