next to the door theres a sign with dining hours and drive thru hours, dining said open at 6am so i walked in at 6am and got told they werent open. i even made sure they opened at 6am on apple maps aswell. ladys seemed annoyed by me, like its your job? fix your dine in hours im annoyed i waited two hours in the freezing cold to just get a drink. im diabetic and had trouble walking home i just needed water i was willing to pay. i apologize if you werent open, i read your sign and door was unlocked. bummed by service but armosphere was fine although i think thats expected when you have no one dining in yet.

The man who greeted me at the counter was super nice. Great service. Also walking up to the front doors I could hear the interaction at the drive thru before hand and I think it was the same guy and he had great service for that customer as well. Not to mention the kitchen staff had to of been on point and ready to go cause by the time I was done filling my fountain drink they had my order ready to go. Best jack experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t get the counter guys name but average height guy with dark hair.

FRY THE FOOD ALL THE WAY! The tacos were mushey, the curly fries were not fried all the way. Some flavors were unavailable in the machine. Staff was nice, the place was fairly clean and well put together.

How horribly rude they were at the drive through they couldn't hear me and decided to be little a holes about it and just being completely disrespectful to me and my wife wouldn't let us finish our order kept telling us to hurry up like seriously all the reviews about the drive through experience is ridiculous and I can't believe you guys are not doing anything about it I'm about to make this go all over social media

Shockingly rude drive through order experience today. Man purposely doubled my order twice and laughed about it. I would have been overcharged if I hadn't caught the issue. When I politely corrected him on it he then rudley tried to pressure me into doubling my order. When I said no, he said "Fine be that way." I will not be returning to this restaurant. The female employee who ran my card later did a good job and was polite. There's no excuse for the man's rude sarcastic behavior towards customers. Without us...you don't have a business.

They always have an attitude. I'm always saying please and thank you and tio through the drive through which I shouldn't have to and they're still mean. They made my wife cry today slamming the window in her face literally, it's on our dash cam the whole interaction. Not cool.
Driver through employee was EXTREMELY rude. Just unbelievably rude. She kept yelling at us to speak louder and then told us to “COME ON!” after she gave us our total. We came around 2:30pm on 9/21… horrible service. Afterwards we just drove off. No longer wanted anything

Bob or Bobby (guy working the register) was awesome! Acknowledged and engaged with my 5 year old daughter while taking our order, even gave her some stickers which means a lot as a parent. Good customer service is rare to find in a restaurant or fast food setting, but he did a great job! Restaurant was clean and the food came out before my daughter could pick out which table she wanted to sit at

John was leading the shift alone (letting his coworker have his break I assume) while the grill was broken, steady amount of people coming in and he kept it composed, whole place was clean-even the bathroom smelled great! Super impressed with the customer service and attention to detail
