I placed an order around 1:30pm on the app for the wrong jack in the box and was still able to get my food after I got off from work instead of getting a refund thanks to Dustin who wrote a note for the night crew and for Chris who allowed it to be remade for me! This was much appreciated as I hadn’t eaten anything all day! Thanks guys excellent customer service!!!
The man who greeted me at the counter was super nice. Great service. Also walking up to the front doors I could hear the interaction at the drive thru before hand and I think it was the same guy and he had great service for that customer as well. Not to mention the kitchen staff had to of been on point and ready to go cause by the time I was done filling my fountain drink they had my order ready to go. Best jack experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t get the counter guys name...
FRY THE FOOD ALL THE WAY! The tacos were mushey, the curly fries were not fried all the way. Some flavors were unavailable in the machine. Staff was nice, the place was fairly clean and well put together.
