Absolutely horrendous experience. One of our smoothies looked nasty. Another one was nowhere near filled to the top. And when we got done with one there were not one not two but 3 hairs in the inside of the cup and they were short so who knows what kind of hair that was. Could very well be coming back.

Shout out to Savannah for being so kind to take my order when I walked in over their freshly cleaned floors right at closing time. I had no idea they closed at 7 and was really craving a pb&protein shake. I am very grateful for the amazing customer service. Keep up that good work, it will carry you far in life. P.S. maybe give this woman a raise. She could have told me they were closed and would have been in the right, but she chose customer satisfaction over personal relaxation. Well done.

Ya know, I wanna like this place.. but they are out of ingredients more often than not! Like out of Oranges on a Saturday..? This has happened more than a couple times. I don't get it, go to the store & get some, it's right next to you. Just seems like a very lazy, weak work ethic! Rather than recommend a alternative or suggestion, the employee just stares at you, & would rather you not get any alternative, so they can go back to Tik Tok!

2 employees working, over doing all the work. I was the only “in store, in person” customer and I had to wait for over 20 minutes and watch the one girl stop in the middle of making my order and do all the door dash first, No one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes when I first came in. The one employee was doing all the orders while the other lazy girl was just wiping down the back not ringing me up, not helping make the door dash shit, nothing. The employee that was the only one tending to customers and making the stuff was Aaileh and the other blonde was apparently hiding in the back trying to look busy
Many thanks to this Jamba for years of kale-ribbean smoothies for my mom. You helped support her nutrition when she couldn’t/wouldn’t consume much of anything. Just wanted you to know that what you do really does matter, and sometimes a smoothie impacts more than you realize.
