Jitterz Espresso

Every single time I come in, I ask for the same thing ( something insanely caramely, I want to drink caramel drizzle, quad shot, 24oz, blended ), the jiterz on Stateline gets it perfect everytime !!! But everywhere else disappoints. This morning i was very passionate about my drizzle ( yes, I know, stupid. But I love it )
I was charged extra for the drizzle, and disnt get even the tiniest on the rim. This has happend way to many times. Most of the time I notice and ask for drizzle. But somedays im in a rush to get to work.
Its 1 coffee!!! Why cant we remember just a basic caramel coffee, and extra drizzle?
Im starting to doubt jiterz, and find a new stand.

I love coffee and can accept from time to time when coffee is not good. It has been consistently bad. The worst is when you order and pay for something and they don’t give it to you after you ask multiple times.

When I get served a hot coffee that is over 180+ degrees that is unbearable to drink for atleast 30/40 min that is terrible. Training should be implemented. The girls always have no personality and are not friendly. Would like to go back there and have a better experience.

The new stand off of NW Blvd made the best white chocolate americano I have had in a long time. My husband's white chocolate grasshopper was spot on too ! Thanks girls you rock!

I got to jitterz all the time. I am also a barista (not at jitterz) and I've never seen baristas so rude accept for jitterz. They don't even smile!! Thats something I can just deal with though, I'm writing a review because I always order a Merry Berry Matcha and its also delicious accept for this one time and it tasted gross. I was in a hurry so I couldn't go back as the line is always so long. So I called, and of course nobody ever answers the phones here. So I left a voicemail and it says they will get back to you as soon as possible, obviously not if I left them 2 voicemails 3 days ago and still nothing. It was an expensive drink and all I was doing was asking nicely to get it remade. 😭

Update:

Completely stop coming here now after numerous occurrences of the same. They are literally filling their cups to the brim with ice. You are lucky to get a couple drinks out of most of them. I love the comical reply that we are happy to put less ice in it. Yes you are very happy to do that for a dollar extra! That's what you charge for light ice. I'm okay not paying $7.25 for a lotus that used to cost me $4.50-$5, but thanks for the response and generous offer 😂 Best of luck in your business. I have moved on ✌️

Seems like jitterz is just becoming like the rest of the coffee places. All about money not about customer service or providing a quality drink. The prices started going up. I used to go here because it was the best place for a 32 oz lotus and the most competitive in pricing. The prices have now went up to $6.25 for a 32 oz lotus and that is before tip. Maybe if I had a quality drink I wouldn't mind so much because I know prices are going up but when it's filled to the brim with ice and I'm getting literally less than four drinks out of this 32 oz drink that is a little insane. Same thing happened to me the other day with my coffee It was literally filled to the top with ice and I literally took a couple drinks and it was gone. Come on guys that's not right, that's robbery. There are way too many coffee places to start doing shady things like this having your staff fill up drinks all the way with ice. It's just so inconsistent these days the bigger the company has gotten. If I'm going to pay that much I might as well go to Starbucks and wait half at the time. I can get through a Starbucks line in 5 minutes when jitterz can take me sometimes 20 plus.

Been having problems with this stand and just some of the people having an unfriendly attitude (some are nice though.) which is unfortunate. However today yet again they messed up my drink so I think I’m done with this stand in particular. I liked this stand because it was closer and has the walk up window but it’s honestly not worth it.

Lol they have good quality coffee and im usually really happy but the last couple times have been sad. I get coffee to make a bad day good, not to be disappointed. I do feel they need to train the girls a bit better. I got rhis coffee today and idk if i should laugh or cry lol. It was literally gone before i was two stops lights past the coffee shop. I paid 5 bucks for ice with coffee flavoring!!😆

Even though I'm not going back to school I still stop by here in the morning. And I still love it there and people are always super friendly and helpful!!

After waiting 15 minutes, someone came out and took the orders for the other side…and we sat there for 15 MORE before they came out to our side. But they walked to the BACK of the line to get orders. Luckily 2 cars behind me turned around and i ended up finally being able to get out of line too. 30 minutes for coffee when there was only 2 people ahead of me is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.
