After waiting 15 minutes, someone came out and took the orders for the other side…and we sat there for 15 MORE before they came out to our side. But they walked to the BACK of the line to get orders. Luckily 2 cars behind me turned around and i ended up finally being able to get out of line too. 30 minutes for coffee when there was only 2 people ahead of me is absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

Just stop this morning to grab two drinks and a sandwich. Waited in line for approximately 20 minutes before someone came out to take our order. I order a 20 oz iced mocha with white coffee and caramel and my mom ordered a jolly rancher. The lady wasn’t sure if they had that on the menu so I started telling her what was in it but was cut off with a prompt “is that all?” We were greeted at the window with “did you order a mocha?” No hello, good morning or anything. I didn’t get the name of the lady working the window but she was a petite red head with her hair down wear an off the shoulder sweater. She continued to be quite rude although she did ask how our day was. The only polite statement out of her mouth. The first drink we received was the jolly rancher which was made incorrectly. We had to wait another several minutes for the mocha which was also made incorrectly. I looked at the drink which was clearly not white coffee and did not have caramel in it. I asked the lady if there was caramel and I received “I don’t know. I didn’t make it.” as a response. I asked her to please add caramel and I got an eye roll. We then had to wait several more minutes for my sandwich which thankfully was made correctly. The lady asked how my drink was. I told her it was definitely not white coffee but unfortunately I didn’t have time for it to be remade. I was expecting at least an offer of a couple extra punches for the inconvenience or something. She didn’t even look at me as I got a snarky “oh sorry”. Will not be returning to this location.

The ladies are always amazing and greet you with a smile! Has always been my favorite stand in town! I promise the lines are worth the wait! ?

Vegetarian options: All the drinks are vegetarian, as well as many bagel and snack options!

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread for sandwiches, and other gluten free items!

Kid-friendliness: They have juice boxes, cake pops, and a lot of food that kids would love!

I've been coming here for years and the coffee is always amazing. The baristas at the stand I go are cheerful even at 4:30am!! They never disappoint.

Waiting in line for 10 minutes to watch 1 drink go out the window and then to pull up to the window and see 3 people working.... very poor customer service. Hope the 10 min conversation was worth it
