So busy chatting with each other and other customers, took our order and didn't even begin for 5 while minutes. Not to mention waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Do better!! Gross

I absolutely LOVE Jitterz. It’s my daily stop. Amazing prices and even better quality drinks and food. I’m writing this review because as much a I love Jitterz I absolutely hate this specific location(government way). I usually avoid this location at all cost because when I go there, they are always out of something, and my drink gets messed up every single time. I’m pretty understanding and hate to be THAT person, mistakes happen, but when it’s every time I have gone, it’s a problem. I was in the area and didn’t want to go to the Hayden location where I usually go and decided to swing by this location. I told the girl working my drink order and because I get this drink everyday I know what it looks and taste like, when I saw the drink I knew it didn’t look right, when I took a sip it was like drinking a melted bag of sour patch kids. It was gross and not my usual drink. I asked her if it was the flavors I ordered and she said yes, and I said it doesn’t taste how it’s suppose to and she just said they switched their brand of flavor, which is odd because I got a drink today at the Hayden location and it’s exactly how it’s suppose to be. My point is, Jitterz as a company is great and I will continue to be a loyal customer but this location is just awful with its service, and the quality of their product.

My daughter loves the cute kids hot cocoa with homemade yummy whipped cream and several other kid friendly menu items.

Waiting in like for about 10 minutes, no big deal. Until a line forms behind be so a gal comes out to take orders.. she Skipped me and went to the new arrival cars behind me in line.

Ok coffee. Lines are atrocious. Expect to wait about 30 minutes for coffee when you can just go across the block with no line and it's the same coffee.

Literally the slowest line EVER. Only go if you have an extra 30 mins in the morning. Not an exaggeration. I was stuck in line for 30 mins…and 3 cars in front of me. How can coffee take 10 mins?!
