Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop, waited in line for probably 40min only to get to the window and see the whole crew just chatting it up and standing around not even making drinks. Even after taking out drink order they just started a side conversation and forgot the whole order. Not usually one to leave a review so negative but fr this stand at least needs to lock it up

Aislynn in Spirit Lake rocks it every time. She always makes my drink just the way I like it. Couldn't ask for a better barista.

I have sworn off this place for years and today I’m reminded why. They hire doorknobs that can’t make sandwiches. ONE TIME years ago at a location in post falls I had an amazing breakfast bagel and have been nothing but disappointed ever sense. Every single sandwich has come out wrong. From giving me frozen solid sausage or egg to rock hard avocado and everything possible in between. I know it’s a crazy concept to make a breakfast sandwich that isn’t frozen or has edible ingredients. Today I ordered one in a rush and was given a joke in a bag. Stale hard bagel with a giant hole in the top that is exactly the size of the sausage and egg… a complete mess. Handed it in a bag without any napkins and rushed out of the window. My tomatoes were clearly cut by a toddler who doesn’t understand to slice tomatoes for a sandwich?? So they just fell off. Spent $9 including a tip on a TERRIBLE sandwich. The last time I came I ordered my normal redbull here that is orange everywhere else they handed me a bright pink drink. Just the worst coffee stand in the area.

My husband and I live about an hour out of Coeur d'Alene. We stopped by here to get a hot cup of coffee to enjoy on the way home. We ordered our coffee extra hot and received lukewarm coffee that became nauseatingly cool in no time. 😝 I don't know if the barista wasn't listening or just doesn't know what extra hot means. Either way, we won't be returning. There are plenty of other coffee stands in town.

Had to wait way too long in the drive-through, and then when I finally was pulling up to the window, the barista was just chatting up a conversation with her friend making me wait in the car in the sun and then I asked her if she could make me a surprise, citrus fizz, and the drink was watered down and it didn’t even taste like a zip fizz definitely not coming back government location

So busy chatting with each other and other customers, took our order and didn't even begin for 5 while minutes. Not to mention waiting in line for over 20 minutes. Do better!! Gross

I absolutely LOVE Jitterz. It’s my daily stop. Amazing prices and even better quality drinks and food. I’m writing this review because as much a I love Jitterz I absolutely hate this specific location(government way). I usually avoid this location at all cost because when I go there, they are always out of something, and my drink gets messed up every single time. I’m pretty understanding and hate to be THAT person, mistakes happen, but when it’s every time I have gone, it’s a problem. I was in the area and didn’t want to go to the Hayden location where I usually go and decided to swing by this location. I told the girl working my drink order and because I get this drink everyday I know what it looks and taste like, when I saw the drink I knew it didn’t look right, when I took a sip it was like drinking a melted bag of sour patch kids. It was gross and not my usual drink. I asked her if it was the flavors I ordered and she said yes, and I said it doesn’t taste how it’s suppose to and she just said they switched their brand of flavor, which is odd because I got a drink today at the Hayden location and it’s exactly how it’s suppose to be. My point is, Jitterz as a company is great and I will continue to be a loyal customer but this location is just awful with its service, and the quality of their product.
