Love these ladies so much! This is my favorite Jitterz, but all of them are fantastic. I love this one because of the location. My favorite thing about Jitterz, when their slogan is, " where every you drink is made with love." It's absolutely true... Every drink is consistently delicious, it's never hit or miss! The staff is so friendly, always; they make those Monday blues turn right around! I'm a proud Jitterz fan. It's a local favorite for a reason and is worth the wait if there's a line!

I have been in food management service for 15 years. Long line which is fine , tells me people like them. A barista came out to take our order before we could even ask for a recommendation she told us she will move on to the next car and walked off. Then and there that set the tone of this place. Then we get to the window, I understand this is a lot of people’s first jobs and usually has younger employees. But TRAIN your team how to engage with guest and how to be upfront. If you charge for every little thing, extra flavor, whip cream, toppings, you need to tell people . Do better at explaining your prices and system. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve seen in a team . They were either rude or inexperienced. I could imagine the girls who don’t know much / have experience are afraid to ask for help cause the other girls seem so rude. And that’s just to customers .

I remember earlier this year their prices went up which is understandable because the price of everything going up. But! Their letter they hung on their windows informing customers said how they pride themselves in having the best prices in town. And that’s a joke. Today I went back to jitters for the first time in months I got a double redbull with pineapple and coconut it came to $10.35! The same exact drink(size and flavor) a couple blocks down at great escapes is only $7! I almost didn’t tip but I realized it’s not that girls fault her owner over prices to open more and more stands.

I’m always blown away at how efficient this stand is! When I came the lines were super long but they had someone coming out to take orders down the line and it went so quickly! Everyone is so friendly. Sarah made me a bomb coffee! Compared to other jitterz stands, this one is by far the best.
Always come through the express and it's such a great experience the 3 girls in the morning on weekdays are so quick, drinks taste amazing every time, and they even come outside to take my order. Great service great girls. Love jitterz!

Come here for HH quite often, along with a few other locations, and it is a great deal! You do have to pay an up charge to get the specials as pictured but it is still worth it.
