everytime i go there it's a different price $5-$13 for the same exact drink. i understand when prices go up but it's not the prices that go up and down everyday. i don't think the barista know what to cash out.

Every time I order my drink here I ask for the same thing caramel and peanut butter every single time instead of saying they’re out of peanut butter. They substitute with hazelnut every single time. if they just explained that they were out of the flavor that I wanted, I would just order something else. Some people have serious allergies and this may not be the best option instead of just being honest. Some of the girls are not very friendly either and then get offended when we don’t tip as much as we normally would. We have been to every other location in town and I have to say Post Falls on Spokane Street is by far the best one! But this one here on Ramsey at the express is lacking and needs some adjustments.
We get coffee here every Tuesday for our office meetings and absolutely love it. Great service from all the gals that work there and best coffee in town! There is always several cars backed up because it is loved by everyone in town

Love these ladies so much! This is my favorite Jitterz, but all of them are fantastic. I love this one because of the location. My favorite thing about Jitterz, when their slogan is, " where every you drink is made with love." It's absolutely true... Every drink is consistently delicious, it's never hit or miss! The staff is so friendly, always; they make those Monday blues turn right around! I'm a proud Jitterz fan. It's a local favorite for a reason and is worth the wait if there's a line!

I have been in food management service for 15 years. Long line which is fine , tells me people like them. A barista came out to take our order before we could even ask for a recommendation she told us she will move on to the next car and walked off. Then and there that set the tone of this place. Then we get to the window, I understand this is a lot of people’s first jobs and usually has younger employees. But TRAIN your team how to engage with guest and how to be upfront. If you charge for every little thing, extra flavor, whip cream, toppings, you need to tell people . Do better at explaining your prices and system. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve seen in a team . They were either rude or inexperienced. I could imagine the girls who don’t know much / have experience are afraid to ask for help cause the other girls seem so rude. And that’s just to customers .
