Grabbed two smoothies and some juices to rehydrate. They are delicious and they hit the spot. The dragon fly smoothie filled me up and cooled me down. Pineapple Express and the pumpkin milk were very tasty. I’ll be going there more often. Very refreshing and I didn’t feel guilty afterwards.

Had the breakfast sandwich and Huckleberry matcha latte with oat. Partner had the Buddha Bowl. Sandwich was solid, the gluten-free bread is fantastic. Smoothie bowl was delicious, and matcha latte tasted great. Decent value for the price. If you have nut allergies, you'll want to double-check.

Utterly amazed by this establishment! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner not only are they social and kind they really know how to make THE best food! Had the breakfast sammie, almond chocolate waffles(best I’ve ever had) a kids smoothie and superfood coffee and everything was superb. Also the atmosphere was very chill and laid back with positive vibes music. If you like breakfast foods, smoothies and juices this is the spot for you. We will for sure be coming back.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and extremely patient as I couldn't make up my mind. Offering suggestions but never sounding pushy. And very proud of her products. Delicious smoothie!! I look forward to making this part of my Coeur D'Alene visits ☺️
I recently attended a 1 year anniversary shindig and it was incredible. The juice, Blue Dream, is my favorite, and they have other options with the same flavor! Callie is just incredibly hard working and knowledgeable about the effects of cold pressed juices on the body and mind. Everything is of the best quality, flavors are on point and the service is always with a super amazing smile and great vibes. Callie is always showing up for her community and providing healthy options is such a benefit to us all.
