Best burritos I’ve ever had! The breakfast burrito and steak burrito are favorites that my husband and I order every time!

Stopped in and found 10 food trucks. All looked amazing. So I rolled up to Las Brasas. Decided to try their Thursday deal. Pic included minus the 2 tacos I already ate. This taste test cost my wallet roughly $13 after taxes.

It came popping hot and smelling epically delicious. It took about 5 minutes and I was happy to see that that made everything to order.

The brasas tasted so good and filled my belly with happiness. This is definitely a spot to hit up repeatedly.

Still waiting for our food…

They took our order quick (5 tacos and birria) we were probably fourth in line. We ended up waiting for our food for half an hour. It’s definitely a much longer wait than anticipated. The sign that warns you it might take a minute isn’t lying.

If you’ve got the time, decent food.

We used Las Brasas for catering and they did great we did the drop off option and they where right on time the food was amazing only complaints where that we couldn’t fit more in our stomachs we had a ton of leftovers and it was just as good reheated thank you guys!

The birria quesadillas are amazing! Tried for the first time and it’s gonna be hard to keep from coming every day I think. Affordable for the amount of food you get too.

I like their tacos a lot. But I just got home with tacos and they are unsauced and no sides of sauce. The lady even said "sauce is in the bag,". What is the point? I just paid 16 bucks and no sauce. This has happened to me twice.

Also, the steak tacos were very skimp on filling. Guess it is back to ricos for me.

Literally the best street tacos around.

Tasty carnitas, al pastor, and picadillo tacos and refried pinto beans. And you can get a single churro rather than a whole bag, which is fantastic and the churros are crispy and delicious! Total win! Fed two hungry adults for under $20.

Amazing food and for the quality not a horrible wait time. Everything was so fresh you could taste it! We got the marinated pork tostada with rice and a steak fajita burrito. We are sick because we ate it so fast! You gotta check them out and tip big! I say that because I feel guilty tipping 20% with how good the food was. Seriously new favorite spot! Oh and the prices are amazing too ?

My husband and I just tried Las Brasas for the first time and it was AMAZING. The food was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in CDA-Spokane area. Plus the service was excellent.
