I just have to shout out the croissant sandwiches, their blt or the plain turkey. Better then any sandwich shop in the area not just the presantation but the ingredients are always so fresh and perfect. By far the best little quick sandwich anywhere! Must have!

Great lotus! The people are really friendly and have a good system. Baristas are pretty fast. I just have some requests... I would like it if you posted the instagram specials before 7 am because that's when I leave to go to school. Also, it seems as if the workers don't know the specials do I would maybe recommend getting a white board and they can write it everyday and put it on the tipping cup or something. I asked last time if they have a rewards system and it's your phone number but I think a punch card it much easier. Last thing is they always bout so much ice in it which is fine cause I ask for less ice but just for future reference.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I can’t shake this one. I won’t go back to this location. I drove up to the window, no cars in front or behind me. Awesome! The girl opens the window and looks at me… I say “hi, good morning” “what are you having?” “I’ll take a sunrise bagel and a peach mango zip fizz with sugar free strawberry”. The girl looks back as a car is approaching. “Okay, that will be …(tells me the price- I pay and tip $3 on my order), and can I have you pull forward”I was kind of surprised as it was one car and I didn’t think my order was too time consuming. I start to pull forward quickly because now I’m feeling rushed. She abruptly stops me with my drink in her had “big or skinny?” “Big please” she hands me my drink with two stupid skinny straws. I drive forward .. whatever let it go. I park by the entrance to the back door so the other girl doesn’t have to walk far. 15 seconds later the delivery guy comes and I have to awkwardly move my car again so he can fit. The girl comes out, hands me my bagel and doesn’t say a word. I say “thank you” as I drive away.I strongly dislike supporting a place that makes you feel like you’re lucky to be being served by them. Terrible terrible customer service. Lukewarm food, can’t mess up the drink… well she did with the straw.So many options on NW. I’ll definitely choose any other in the future.

So good. Great quality coffee. The even asked what temperature I'd like my hot coffee. The dirty chai is also amazing. And their breakfast croissant sandwiches are delicious! The employees were really nice.The line was pretty long but moved fast.
