Flies everywhere. Like literally 4 to each table. Then walk into the bathroom and there are literally dozens of flies. Kids nearly crying having to use the bathroom. Couldn't finish my food because it was so nasty and ruined my appetite

If I could give negative stars I would…came in here 9/3/2025 and it’s like lord of the flies in the lobby… spent $53 and got Luke warm food and waited a half hour for food….management needs to be talked to about this. Won’t go back!

Should not be up charged for iced tea. Stopped to support McDonald's against boycott. ordered 11:26 drive thru, got Qtr Pounder meal 11:41 , manager was working window 2. lady (Stacy, very nice) did come out to say she would check on what happened to my order. Took my receipt , Burger was not hot
Stopped by again, still slow, very sad. Hate the kiosks

It is well worth it to drive to any other McDonald’s- it took me an hour to get through the drive thru, and I will not make that mistake again.

Garbage customer service. Said order was ready 10 minutes before it came out. Just trying to appease corporate at the expense of customers. Basic coffee even took 10 minutes longer than “order is ready” notification. No apology; no comp, just high schoolers barely trying.

I have had so many issues with this mcdonalds. I have put in pick up orders a couple times and whenever my partner gets there to pick it up for me they tell him something went wrong. This time they told him the order was canceled but the money was ALREADY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. This is the 3rd time now I have had this issue with this specific mcdonalds. And he got there less than 10 minutes after breakfast had ended. Im not to pleased with how many times ive run into issues with this mcdonalds.

We went through the drive thru and the lady had an earbud in while having the headset on. She forgot my sauce and food tasted stale. My fiancé also found hair in his food as well as forgetting his change.

Honestly some of the best customer service here that I’ve received anywhere.. There was an employee Levi who went above and beyond, from having spare change in his pockets to help customers round up to being kind and courteous in how he treated me and my son. I did not expect that at all from a McDonald’s but was absolutely amazed!
