The last time we went I could hear what would assume is a manager yelling at her employee. I felt bad for the employee because he looked like a 16-17 year old kid who just started.. if you need to correct your employees, take them somewhere private instead of embarrassing them infront of their coworkers and customers, so unprofessional. The person working the drive thru speaker was rude and unprofessional.. the staff clearly does not care. I get it, it’s fast food I don’t expect staff to be overly enthusiastic, but there has to be some human decency… it’s not just a work thing it’s a person thing, when I pull up to the window and get my food and say “thank you” a simple “you’re welcome” isn’t too much of an inconvenience, instead of just handing me my bag and shutting the window… this location is the worst.

I stood up front of the cash register for about 12 min and watched 2 manager have what must of been a funny conversation cause they were too busy laughing! 2 other co workers leaning over in there phones and even after one of them stood up and announced he had to take a piss! Avoided eye contact
I’d avoid this one!

Outrageous situation this morning - ordered breakfast on the mobile app, waited in line for 17 minutes in the drive thru, by the time we got to the order speaker they told us they wouldn’t be serving our food because it was past 10:30.. very unfortunate to wait in line for that long before 10:30 just for them to tell me they’re “out of breakfast” which is crazy because the car in front of us also had a mobile order and had no issue getting their breakfast items. we were literally lied to by staff here, insane

Horrible service.
VERY slow and insolent servers. Acted like they could not care less.
Sticky floors, messy counters, dirty booths.
I like MCD’s in general, but this one is really bad!

Trash is all over tables and the floor as well as spills from drinks and various sauces I had put my order in at exactly 7 pm I didn't receive it till 7:46 pm when I got my order the big Mac I received was cold as well as a milkshake that was runny. Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's the wait is definitely not worth it and not to mention there staff who have a staring problem as I was waiting for food I had a employee stand around doing nothing while the other employees were scrambling around working staring at me and my friend as me and her stepped outside to smoke due to how long it took to wait for food

Honestly I get it, sure its fast food and all a out volume. However, the kiosk ordering has ruined the experience. The place was not very clean and parking is horrifying bad. Pretty much anything is better than this.

Was in pick up/take out food line outside. Waited a bit too long for food. Finally got it, then realized they had our order WRONG. Went it to counter to ask to get our order correct. Staff continued to ignore all customers at counter. An UBER driver finally had to yell at them to help. Service was terrible. They need to bring back proper customer service ethics! Yes, people do make mistakes but please stop ignoring those who need help.

Buckle Bottom

for some reason they have no consistency with packaging food. very often i get home to find a burger completely fallen out of a box that was thrown sideways in a bag. countless times i am easing my fries out of the bottom of the bag. and to top it off 2 times in a row now i have gotten a broken straw from them. usually does alright but it seems their management need to retrain on packaging orders.
