I hit the drive thru for breakfast yesterday, and the entire staff was in a great mood! They didn't just toss my food at me thru the window, they took the time to make eye contact and acknowledge that we are all people. The lady at the speaker and first window was super sweet, and the young man that handed me my food took the 5 extra seconds to make sure my order was right. They were packed but still took the time to make sure I had a great experience, and that helped set my day up in a positive way...thanks team, sometimes it's the little things that matter most!

I am not one for reviews, however I felt this one needed it! I went through the drive through at 10 pm and asked if they had strawberry milkshakes expecting to hear the ice cream machine wasn’t working, instead I received a very enthusiastic response, “ heck yea we have strawberry milkshakes”. I informed him I had a sick husband at home and that’s all he asked for. I pulled up to the window to a smiling face and Noah said “it’s on the house tonight, go home and take care of your husband”. We wanted to make sure this young man received kudos for his positive attitude & thoughtfulness! Thank you Noah!

Took at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by a staff member, who seemed extremely annoying to have to actually take my very, very simple order. I would have used the little order kiosks, but I was paying cash, and they do not accept cash. If my child wasn't overly hungry and coming from soccer practice in the rain I would have definitely not even gone inside to order after waiting in the drive-thru line about 5 minutes too.

The last two visits have had incorrect orders handed through the window. The first time I ordered 2 unsweet tea and got sweet, and had to drive back. That was Monday, on Saturday, today, I just ordered 2 quarter pounder meals, got only one fry, missing one, and no straws. They aren’t looking in the bags!!! Drove too far to go back and get the right order.
