This place is a total joke.Dif not want to deal with people in person.Even the cash registers are not active.. have to go to those stupid computer things to order food, Freaking joke.. too lazy to deal with people.Whoever owns this place needs to do a revamp... whoever leaves kids in charge is a total disgrace as far as a business owner... And when they told me they would not take my order at the counter.I left, I'm not sitting at some stupid computer screen.. sweet jesus let's bring reality back to life...

I drove an hour out to Coeur d'alene for a job and once I got into town. I reached down for my phone to map the address and I realized I forgot my phone at home. I couldn't turn around to go back and get it I would be late. The first place I saw was Mc Donalds so I went inside and told them my situation. The girl working as busy as she was, didn't hesitate she grabbed me a paper and pen to write with and she let me use the phone so I could call home to get the address. Meanwhile, she was running around getting orders and doing a ton of stuff all that once. She was very kind and THOUGHTFUL. Then on top of that I ordered a coffee to go. I got the address for my job and she helped me map it on her own phone because Mc Donalds only has a landline. I left with directions to my job, a great coffee and exspirenced the best customer service ever! And to add on top of that she help me so fast I was in and out in 10 min because I made it to my job perfectly on time.

Currently sitting in drive through parking spot 3. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for my food while watching cars come and go through the drive through. For a $15 dollar meal, you would think I would at least be able to have a bite. Thanks for taking my money and waisting my time.

Ordered 4 items off the value menu, the drive thru clerk added 2 mcdoubles instead of double cheese burgers, said he would fix it at the window, then proceeded to not fix this insanely simple issue. They need more competent staff.
No napkins in the lobby, the tables weren't wiped down, the wet floor sign was up, but the floor was sticky. Asked for a mocha frappe and got a mocha iced coffee.

The fries are always overcooked and hard. Every couple months I make the mistake of thinking that they won't wreck up the food. I wanted empty calories not overcooked hollow fries. Employees were chill
