I wish I knew her name but there is a lady that works here that is so nice! The employees here are attentive and the place is cleaned frequently. Probably the best ran McDonalds I've been to.
Went through drive thru. They forgot part of my order. I had to go inside. Took a hot minute to fetch help. Took another hot minute to get my missing item. Not overly attentive. Really poor customer service.
I drove an hour out to Coeur d'alene for a job and once I got into town. I reached down for my phone to map the address and I realized I forgot my phone at home. I couldn't turn around to go back and get it I would be late. The first place I saw was Mc Donalds so I went inside and told them my situation.
