We loved Miks, it has a small town feel, but diverse and friendly, and has an awesome dance floor. Our bartender was Delaney and we couldn't have asked for a better one. She was soo patient, considering there was 5 of us, all deciding on the spot what to order and wanting different drinks plus shots. She made great suggestions and was accommodating and very friendly. We loved our experience at this establishment
I will amend this and try a different day. I went on a Wednesday night around 9:00 and there was absolutely nobody there besides the bartender. she said that karaoke was permanently canceled due to a low draw. She said the weekends are way different. I was just basically on a recon mission to check out the vibe.Wheelchair accessibility: Basement bar is not wheelchair accessible that I saw, and there are steps to get down into the bar.

I’m not sure how to rate this but I usually love going to Miks but someone has got to get a new DJ in there. The music was outdated and NOT in a good way; and his mixes were just really unfortunate and you could feel the lifeless energy of the crowd. I was really disappointed especially it being st paddy’s day weekend. Overall love Miks but the dj has GOT TO GO.
