We had very good meals - caution the Gumbo is super spicy! Great waitress, good prices. Clearly a family friendly place that seemed popular with locals. Not a fancy night out, a good meal in a friendly atmosphere.

We stopped in CDA for an overnight stay. We arrived at lunch time and decided to try Moon Time. We have no regrets. From reviews, we knew the portion sizes were big, so my husband and I shared the sloppy joe. They charged a couple of bucks and plated each of ours separately. The meat sauce was poured over a delicious jalapeño cornbread. The combination of the flavors was delicious. The dish came with a blue cheese salad wedge which was a perfect accompaniment to the sloppy joe. Neither of us could finish our meal due to size, but we sure tried!! The waitress was friendly and attentive. We would definitely come here again when we find ourselves in Coeur d’ Alene!

Absolutely abysmal service. The server got my order wrong which isn’t anything to complain about, but the way he handled it was very unprofessional. I asked for no coleslaw on sandwich, and it came with coleslaw no biggie, but he took it back and brought back the same exact sandwich with the coleslaw just scraped off the top. I could tell because of leftover pieces on the bun, and he felt the need to passive aggressively tell me that’s not what I ordered. I didn’t touch the sad $18 sandwich, and the chips were insanely stale. If you’re going to be a server get your ego in check.
