What what we've come to expect from Olive Garden over the years. Tasty food, great service and a clam family atmosphere to enjoy a family dinner.

Went there today, half our group was already here so we decided to wait in the lobby for the rest of our group. The hostess was pushy and kept asking us if we wanted to go sit at a table and wait for the rest of our party. I understand it was slow in the morning but no need to be pushy by constantly asking us like a salesman. We sat down at a table, i asked for a booth because their chairs hurt my back, i have bad back pain, i was told no the booths are closed. Why? I asked why, no answer. A manager came by and i told him our hostess told us we cannot sit at a booth, theyre closed, these chairs hurt my back, why cant we sit at a booth? He told us that 3 servers called in and that theyre spread thin. Just like umm not my problem? I understand the spreading customers evenly to the servers but whats funny is that shortly after we got a booth, the entire restaurant filled with customers. So all the booths and tables were filled. Guess you had to fill the booths anyways?
Brandon I believe is his name was an excellent server. Answered all of our questions and was very polite and professional.
I ordered the fettucini alfredo and was not thrilled. The food is room temp, and the plate was not piping hot. No steam coming from the pasta. Do restaurants not want to use plate warmers anymore? If a server hands me a plate of food with no warning that the plate is really hot, then thats the first indication that my food is room temp. If I can touch the bottom of the plate with 0 issues, then you know they serve hot food on cold plates. The food tasted ok and i am glad i asked for an extra lil bowl of alfredo sauce as it added more heat (temp) to the food. Dont care for the parsley, no need to make the food more presentable with parsley, its pasta, its beautiful by itself.
I saw the same manager making his rounds around the restaurant, as they generally walk by and ask about the food. I smiled and waved but was met with a weird disgusted look, like a child thats upset because mommy said no and now theyre pouting. No table in our area got visited by the manager. He just slowly walked around.

We went with a large group, eleven to be exact. It was New Year's Day (dinner). The restaurant was busy. All the staff was friendly and professional. They seated us within a reasonable amount of time, within 30 minutes. For the most part the food was good. The lasagna was dry and a very small portion. The soup, salad, and bread was good and plentiful. The bread was hot and fresh!! We had 2 waiters. The one gentleman was amazing...he was ON!! He was the older of the 2. The other one was good just not as spot on. The restaurant went out of their way to seat the kids together and serve them, they treated the kids special. All in all it was a nice time. Except for the lasagna we would do it again.

Great service!!! Food was great and affordable. Would you rather get endless breadsticks, salad, a 6 Oz. Steak, and some fettuccine for $21 or fast food for $15?

Enjoyed a big family dinner at this Olive Garden. The servers were awesome and friendly. I had a chicken parmesan that was so tough that it bent my fork! But they were super cool and brought me two new ones pretty quickly, without even asking. Sorry for breaking your form!

This is one of the finest place for dinner it's highly recommended as a vegetarian I find so many options but overall my favorite is ravioli and alfredo with mushrooms sauce is best.

My husband and I got there, put in our order, and I just don’t normally do meat and he can’t under any circumstances have gluten. Our server gets our drinks and takes our order and it’s all going fine but notably she doesn’t write it down. She brings him out his salad with no croutons, and my minstrone, and our food comes very quickly. The food was delivered by a server from a different section entirely. The food is wrong, with the meat sauce on the regular pasta and the marinara on the gluten free, so we let the woman know about the mix up. She seems confused as it seems on our ticket was put in wrong, and goes to fix my husbands, and attempts to leave me with the rigatoni with meat sauce and sausage. Before I get a chance to speak up and say i actually don’t want the meat, she knocks over a glass of water all into the pasta and on the table. I don’t fault her at all though because accidents happen and I totally get it. How our actual server (Ashlee D.) handled it was atrocious however. She sees the mess and the mix up, gets mad at the other server seemingly, and then says no sort of apology to us even though the table is covered in water and ice and the food was wrong. She also then tries to convince us that we are lying about the mix up, and that we didn’t say what we thought we did. After that, she proceeds to bring back out different but still wrong food. Which once again mess ups happen and that’s totally fine, except then she tells us we one hundred percent told her I had the gluten free with marinara and he had the regular with the meat sauce and sausage. My husband one hundred percent said he’s gluten free because it’s an allergy not a preference, and she continues to argue and attempt to gaslight us at the table for five minutes trying to convince us to take the still wrong food. I’d almost believe the mess up was on us, but she was literally trying to convince my husband to poison himself, and he had a salad with no croutons in front of him, and I have breadsticks and minestrone so there was no way she missed that he was the gluten free one. She says well I guess we got our hairs crossed and then walks off with the second iteration of the wrong food, leaving a small plate of sausage on the table and with no apology. She finally brings out the correct order, but the sausage is then cold, and my husbands noodles were undercooked because of the rush after multiple mishaps. Finally after all of this she refills my spilt water, but never gets us anymore napkins as the table is still covered in water and ice. We eat our entire meal, and she does not stop by even once more, not to check in or ring us out or anything. The only issue with the food was because she didn’t write it down, so she just got the noodles mixed up, which is a totally understandable mistake. However trying to convince my husband twice to eat noodles with gluten, and me to eat food that wasn’t mine was entirely ridiculous. I would’ve talked to the manager there, but after all of that and then his food not being cooked all the way my husband just wanted to leave.
