Amazing food and service! As someone who lived in Lima for several years I can tell you this is some of the most authentic and best tasting Peruvian food I’ve had! The owner is so kind and has an amazing talent! It is a must try!

It was great to have some Peruvian food! My wife is native to Peru, and we always seek out Peruvian food when we can. The lomo saltado had an amazing smokey flavor and a nice richness. The ahi verde sauce that they served with the food was amazing! Best I've ever had! Would totally recommend checking this place out!

I had an incredible meal at Pachamama Latin Food Truck. I ordered the chicken fried rice with jalapeños, which was packed with flavor, the jalapeños added just the right kick without overpowering the dish, and the chicken was tender and well-seasoned. It was a hearty, satisfying plate that hit the spot.
I also tried two empanadas: the guava and cheese, and the apple. The guava and cheese was absolutely amazing, the sweetness of the guava and the creaminess of the cheese paired perfectly to create a dessert-like bite that felt like the ideal ending to the meal. The apple empanada tasted like home and comfort in every bite, warm and familiar, like a cozy treat you didn’t know you needed.
Highly recommend this food truck if you’re looking for authentic flavors with heart and care in every dish. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Just tried this place for the first time. I ordered the chicharron bowl with pickled onions and yuca fries. It was amazing, so fresh and flavorful. Can't wait to try everything else on her menu.

Pachamama Latin Food: Where Empanadas Become a Religious Experience
Some places charm you with ambiance, others with impeccable service. But the best? They hook you the second you step up to the menu. Pachamama Latin Food pulled me in with a simple, strategic move—a free sample of their empanadas. A small bite, just enough to bait the hook. And like a fool, I took it.
That first taste was all it took. I wasn’t just ordering food; I was surrendering to it. A ham and cheese empanada—simple in theory, but executed so flawlessly I devoured the entire thing before I even thought to take a picture. No regrets. Just pure, unadulterated bliss.
We had originally ordered one ham and cheese and one beef, but the universe smiled upon us, delivering two beef along with the ham and cheese. A clerical error? A gift from the empanada gods? Either way, I wasn’t questioning it. The beef empanada? Just as phenomenal. Perfectly crisp on the outside, rich and seasoned to perfection on the inside. Quite literally the best empanada I’ve ever had—flavors so dialed in they could play Carnegie Hall.
And then, there was the sauce. The creamy green elixir of life. The kind of sauce that makes you rethink every other condiment in your pantry. When she asked if we wanted the spicy sauce on the side, I knew we were in good hands. It wasn’t just about heat—it was about balance, about knowing when to let the ingredients shine. And shine they did.
Pachamama Latin Food isn’t just making empanadas. They’re conducting a masterclass in how street food should be done—bold, soulful, and completely unforgettable. If there’s any justice in the world, I’ll have that sauce bottled in my fridge someday. Until then, I’ll just keep coming back for more.

I highly recommend this latin food place to enjoy delicious meals. The owner is very friendly and the service is excellent. I had the Peruvian lomo saltado plate. I also tried the guava-cheese empanada. It is so tasty and soft. The location is very nice, there is indoor and outdoor sitting area to eat which allows you to enjoy this place during all seasons of the year. We should support local businesses and this place definitely deserves it. I am definitely going back!

I couldn't recommend coming here enough! The food is delicious and the owner was very kind. If you're looking for Latin food that is NOT just run-of-the-mills Mexican fare like tacos and burritos, this is the the place to go! We tried the Lomo Saltado which greatly exceeded my expectations (which are high for Lomo Saltado!) and the Guava and Cheese Empanadas are to die for! There is indoor and outdoor seating available which makes enjoying Pachamama any time of year a viable option.
I will most certainly be back for more!

I drove about 2.5 hours to eat this specific type of food. It did not disappoint. Marianela is a great host and her food is delicious ? I will be coming back soon.
Pachamama had been our list for ages. We finally made the trip to try it and it was superb!Everything we tried on our first visit (Lomo saltado with beef, chicharrón del mar, chicken and mushroom empanadas, and tres leches) was super excellent, but the special chicken and mushroom empanadas were phenomenal. Fabulous and friendly service, too! We'll be back many more times to try the rest of the menu!
