Always our go to spot passing through CDA. We live in rural MT right now so it’s refreshing to have such a happy friendly staff ready to tackle a busy rush. We’ve been here for lunch and dinner and we have NEVER been disappointed.

Won’t go back! Girl working at 5:15 on Sunday was worst one we’ve had. She got all of our orders wrong, kept asking my 9yr old to repeat the order, then would roll her eyes at her. This person was rude, impatient (when place was empty), and made it awkward for my family.

I've been here many times in the past, but lately they've gone downhill. It was an hour and a half before closing, and they had to MAKE ITEMS FRESH to order, something about no food waste.... This is what I've been told for the past several visits.... This time I decided to wait for chow mein, which they said had to be made fresh. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHOW MEIN IN ABUNDANCE, an HOUR AND A HALF before you close?! So I had to pull over to the side ALONG WITH SIX OTHER CARS. It's RIDICULOUS. They're apparently rationing their portions now on top of everything... I ordered a DOUBLE portion of sweet fire chicken breast, and I clearly got a single portion. I wish I could post the photo. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to make the chow mein... and the half that was supposed to be fried rice - barely even a spoonful. I don't know if they have new management that doesn't know what they're doing, but I hope for their sake they get a clue. I'm pretty much done at this point with this location. I would rather drive all the way to Hayden to the other Panda Express, if at all. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were friendly.

Will be leaving a review with corporate next time I come in,,, link timed out: Some of the best customer service from the front end (yet to go through the drivethru but if it is half as amazing it will be good) I have seen Blake the manager work the lines during busy periods (leading by example). Really seems like it would be a good place to work. Can't seem to remember everyones name but shout out to Solon, Jenna, Blake, who I interacted with today. (Sorry if I misspelled anything) That was just today. Everytime I have come it service has been exemplary. Even accomodationing my odd request to not ring the bell when I round up occasionally. I am autistic and although I have very little effects right now, at the end of a hard work day, it is nice to have a bit less sensory input. Music is always good and at reasonable levels. Messes from others are always cleaned in a reasonable time. Thank you for making me want to come back.
