I seem to get more food when going in vs the drive thru

I never go here. I thought I'd give it a chance , gave the drive threw a tip forgot my spring rolls and found a giant black hair in my daughters food ! It's black our hair is blonde foul! I would drive it back, but I live far away, so I'm stuck with it

Ordered delivery on the website got the wrong order was told to bring it up with door dash who told me to bring it up with the store. So I'm stuck confused....

Paid $18 for two bowls. The teriyaki chicken was squishy and the chow mein was 75% cabbage. I got the entire butt end of the cabbage where the stem starts as one giant, gross piece. Everything was SUPER greasy too. Tipping the bowl formed a small pool of oil at the bottom of the container. I was already on the edge about whether I should ever buy Panda Express again and after this, I won’t. Went through the drive thru so no service or atmosphere rating.

I think this is the best bang for the buck in any dining... As good or better than most sit down Chinese restaurants at a fraction of the cost... And always very large portions!

Ordered chow mein and honey walnut shrimp. Shrimp was old and dry, so I called in and they gave us complimentary meals for the next time we go in. Was much better second time.

Restaurant was not terribly clean dirty tables, staff seemed chaotic and distracted chatting instead of cleaning. Food was ok but lacked volume portion was small for prices

EVERYTIME I order delivery from this place, my orders wrong and missing sauces and missing fortune cookies and they disregard any comments I make on the order. Then when I have communicated my issues with the store, I am treating very rudely

I wouldn't consider myself a regular. I don't go on specific days or eat out often, but when I do treat myself, I go straight to this Panda Express. Their restaurant is always clean and friendly. This store is always super busy because the quality of service and food is always top-notch. I watched the manager personally help an elder gentleman on oxygen from the lobby dining area with ordering food. He was struggling, so she offered him the option to have a seat, and it was no problem at all for her to serve him the meal and drink he wanted brought out to him. I recommend a bowl with steamed veggies and mushroom chicken. YUMMY!

Three times now they've screwed up our order at the drive-thru. We ask for White Rice and they give us Chow Mein. We ask for Broccoli Beef and they give us undercooked Mandarin Chicken. Highly recommend to everyone to check your orders before driving all the way home.
