We sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, finally got to the window after ordering, we asked for 2 fortune cookies and extra teriyaki sauce! We were asked to pull forward because they were waiting for orange chicken said it would be about 2 minutes! Sat there for another 10. We got home, the food was lukewarm, we got no fortune cookies and absolutely zero teriyaki sauce! No sauce for the egg rolls at all! Very disappointed in the service!

It's nice to see a company that not only treats it's customers well but seems to have happy workers.
An hour and half before close and you have employees taking one order at a time and finishing before the next car can order. After waiting 30 mins you are out of almost every item. There was several cars behind me also. Why? We go to this location once a year on vacation and this happens every single time. Panda is our fav spot but whoever runs this place should be embarrassed. Do better. That’s ridiculous! Will not be coming back.

This review is coming from someone that has worked in the food industry for over a decade and a half Someone that worked at this location and got a feel for everything The managers here are absolutely A+, they care, they want you to get exactly what you want in a timely and orderly fashion But it's not completely up to them to do that Lazy lil cooks, lazy lil front of house, people just watching the time go by Fast food is completely it's own animal Convenience is one thing, but being able to feel like you are genuinely taken care of is a whole different thing I think this location does it's absolute best to do that exactly
