My experience here was very welcoming as soon I walked in the door from the fall weather felt very warm and as soon as I went to the register employees and their treatment is very welcoming their food is delicious and I had a fair price on my order highly recommended

The double bacon cheeseburger was good, the fries had no salt so that was disappointing, the garlic cheese curds were awesome. The gal working the front register could use a little training on how to pack food in a bag. She put the sauce on the very bottom then the napkins then it looked like she threw the burger and fries in at the same time and whichever way they landed they stayed… I had 5 separate bags of food and all the fries were spilled out and the sauces were spilled out due to the lack of knowing how to pack the food in a bag. BURGER ON THE BOTTOM THEN FRIES THEN NAPKINS AND SAICE… Fast food restaurants don’t take the time to train their employees on such a simple yet important part of serving customers… I’d say all the fast food places here do the same thing… by the time you get your napkins out they are full of grease from being on the BOTTOM of the bag… other then this issue with the packing of the bags everything else was great. The service was extremely fast they made 5 combo meals in under 10 minutes so that was good. Just work on the bag packing please!!!

Food is great. Service is kids who don’t know what to do in life situations but are responsible for your food. Threw all four burgers at the bottom of the bag with everything on top. Smashed all out of shape. Asked if the mozzarella sticks came with a sauce. Like Mariana. Received a blank stare before they finally remembered that yes, they have sauce. Not too happy handing food out at the park to eat.

I got the 2 patty Paul Bunyan Burger.

It was super dry as if the patties had been sitting precooked for hours. There was no juicy patties here. They were dry and tasteless.

I've been here twice now. Fresh ingredients. Jumbo double lacks flavor and consists of mustard and pickles. Double whammy is more tasty, comes with vegetables such as lettuce and tomatoes, a custom bun, and a tangy signature sauce. I'm not sure if the bun is made in house but I have never seen it before and it is soft. I think they're confused on the sizes of the 1/4 and 1/3. My friend ordered a double jumbo cheese and his patties were bigger than mine, but I was supposed to have the larger patty, the menu shows 1/4 for the jumbo double and 1/3 for the double whammy. I recommend a double whammy because it has more flavor. As far as sides go, I would recommend the french fries over the gems and getting the fry sauce because it is yummy but I think it's basically just ketchup mixed with mayonnaise.

We didn’t order food as the service was unfortunately terrible. In a word, very rude. It appears to be more of a hangout for the kids working and their friends than a business.

We’re happy to stick with the many other restaurant's in the area where the food and service are both very good.
