Only one person working, he was nice and working hard. About 7 teens hanging out by the front doors, loud and blocking the doorway. Very long wait. Unimpressed.

Second time gone for their surprise falafel and so loved it. Juro and Ben both made it a great time for me there and Ben’s recommended sauce was the best. Everything on the menus is just in front of you and fresh so I am sure you will like it!!!In photo Mr. Ben!

Pita Pit is a great restaurant offering a large variety of hot foods and cold drinks. The smoothies and desserts add great items to complement your meal for a reasonable price. The customer service is great and the menu is big enough to offer something for everyone!Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options include the falafel pita, the hummus pita, and the garden pita. These are all customizable to ensure a positive experience for anyone with dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: The menu is very adaptive to people's diets and offers many alternatives such as rice bowls, salads, gluten free wraps, and vegetarian/vegan options.Parking: There are some locations to park nearby such as on the street out front, but a better bet would be the nearby parking garage or the library parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It is a great place for kids to come in and have a meal, celebration, or even birthday party. The restaurant offers many child-friendly options as well as catering bundles for parties.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is right off the sidewalk which does allow for wheelchair access, however it can be difficult without assistance.

I used to LOVE Pita Pit. We went for lunch last week and was shocked they got rid of their ham and turkey meat. What wrap/sandwich place doesn't have turkey and ham?? We turned around and walked out and will never be back to that location again! I found out the Pita Pit in Post Falls still has the regular menu. We went there yesterday and was so happy to see the regular menu. We go to downtown CDA every so often and will be finding another place to have lunch. Sucks because we enjoyed that Pita Pit. No more!

Visiting Idaho and got in late, needed a quick bite to eat. We had 4 orders and they were all very tasty. Very fast and friendly service. Prices were pretty good and for a shop on the main strip, not a bad little place to grab some food.

Had to drop it down some stars. One for the fact they no longer have turkey or ham... That just seems bizarre for a sandwich place. The next star because they no longer let you customize your sandwich as they make it. Isnt this the whole idea of pita pit. It definitely takes away the customer/employee personal aspect of it all. The next star was just basically because the combination of discontinuing every sandwich i like, not having daily specials anymore, not having main sandwich ingredients and ruining the basic things that make pita pit worth going to. I can get any old generic pita sandwich from the grocery store deli if thats what i wanted. I was very disappointed and chose to go elsewhere to get the sandwich that i wanted with the personal touch to it as well. instead. So, I'm thankful that Post Falls still has the pita pit feel that keeps me going back.

I’ve been coming to pita pit for almost ten years now, I’ve always been a huge fan. Unfortunately, they’re moving in a terrible direction. Getting rid of name brand soda and putting in weird hipster kinds, making it harder to customize your orders, and getting rid of jalapeños was a huge let down. I customized my Philly as close to my normal order as possible, and the meat tasted way different. I hope this change stays at the training center and does not spread to the other locations, because it’s not nearly as good of an experience. Staff is great, it’s the new changes that aren’t.

Delicious food. Small quantities for the price. Gluten free wrap was decent. I would get a quinoa bowl next time over the gluten free wrap.

We had the absolute worst experience:( We’ve been to this location many times but never experienced the lack of customer service we had this past weekend. We ordered and went through the line where you can add your topping to find out apparently you can’t…you’re supposed to let them know when paying for your pita exactly what you want on it such as lettuce or tomato but I guess you don’t find out that until you have your meat filled pita wrapped up (no condiments or veggies) until the end…and a very unapologetic….I’m sorry. Won’t be back.
