Great pizza, but the owner needs to smile more (at least I think he's the owner). Not welcoming 😕 . The rest of the staff is not that friendly either. Pretty expensive for people who don't really seem like they want you there.
I've been in CDA for about 7 yrs now and for some reason never been to the Pizza factory! decided I would try something different, been to trials end, MacKenzie River Pizza and the others in CDA/Hayden, so glad I did, fast delivery, Great tasting Pizza, fresh salads! I'll be ordering again! My new go to place!!

I had called yesterday to ask about the points you're supposed to accrue after every order. I have ordered four extra large pizzas in about the last month or so. The young lady I spoke to yesterday afternoon was so rude, she hung up on me. I will never ever order another thing from this place again.
