Attended Granddaughters Birthday Party. I only had a salad bar (Which was nicely stocked and good). I was told the pizza was very good and the staff and accomodations were excellent.

Well, they have pizza. It's ok. Salad bar is super sad. Looks like the vegetables don't want to be there. Not too much in the way of service. I would think it would be ok to bring some kids sports team here after a game. Has an old 80's vibe. It's ok., not great

I always call in an order when I'm on my way home from riding in the woods, my order is almost always ready when I arrive to pick it up, friendly staff, better than the chain pizza parlors, a little pricey but I'm ok with that for quality.
Went here after Hiawatha trail. EXCELLENT pizza. Nice staff. Clean. Very family atmosphere. The pizza was remarkable. I havent had pizza this good in a long, long time. Big enough seating for a large family. We will definately go again. My hearty recommendation. Thank you Pizza Factory.

Famished from a day at Silverwood, we called in an order of pizza and breadsticks for pick-up. Once we hung up the phone we knew we were less than 25 min away from a mouthful of cheesy goodness.
Cut to us walking into the pizza factory: The man working the counter was quick and efficient, and got our pizza to us within 30 seconds of entering the establishment. (A perk, because we were STARVING)
We got half Western BBQ and Hawaiian with an order of breadsticks. The breadsticks were half gone before we even left the parking lot, they are excellent with the creamy ranch sauce. The marinara was underwhelming and was more akin to tomato paste than anything else. The western comes topped with fresh tomato and I could have eaten a whole pizza of it by myself.
What can I say? Pizza is great and here they know how to do it, Pizza Factory is a solid choice for anyone trying to crush a craving with a side of breadsticks. (FR, get an order of breadsticks, you won’t regret it!)
