The worker gave me huge portions on my bowl (yay!) but he never changed gloves between making orders, cashing out customers, and using equipment. 😬

Kind of ridiculous how slow the service is. 5 people standing waiting for their orders and the guy working walks back into the other room to start texting on his phone. Everyone standing in the lobby area is just standing in disbelief

There’s a drastic difference between hayden’s Qdoba (flawless every time) and coeur d’alene’s qdoba (awful). The supervisor (female) has the worst customer service and looks like she hates anyone who comes no matter who they are. If you doordash/uber eats, they always put less than what they do in store. On top of that, this is the 2nd time in a month my steak was not fully cooked and half assed portions. Beyond disappointed in the management there compared to the Hayden location..

Update: I went in a few times after this review and I think they listened. They match Hayden’s Qdoba quality. I originally gave them a one star but now a 4. Thank you qdoba for valuing my input and changing staff.

i have came in for my doordash and the manager that was on shift was more than disrespectful. he shouldn’t be talking to people in a disrespectful manner in a customer service setting. even though they looked like they were low staffed. this happened yesterday around dinner time.

I really do love the food here. My only issue is every time I go, they are always understaffed or jammed with online orders which surprisingly take priority over people standing in line. Watched 2 different people walk out because they had several online orders ahead. The staff (2) was doing their best but completely overwhelmed. Good food but cant go during peak hours.

Well this is the second time we are going to Qdoba at dinner time you know just after 5:00 p.m. how do you not have any white rice, the last time there was no guacamole they just opened a Chipotle near me I think I'm going to start going there this is ridiculous 20 minutes for white rice are you kidding me during dinner time I don't like brown rice so I got to go somewhere else anyways I'm really sick of this

When I asked what the ingredients were, the employees claimed they weren't ALLOWED to tell me and I'd have to check their website. I decided not to order, since I have allergies. The second star is for the employees being very polite and professional.

This place was livin' La Vida Covid. There's very few tables 6000 ft apart, Cold and Sterile, food mediocre at best. This is the Ironwood location, the one in Hayden and Spokane by Sacred Heart Providence Hospital are far better.

Literally turned away walk-in paying customers.. Lazy employees currently!
They turned away the woman in front of me also.. If you can not juggle online orders in between customers in the flesh, than you should not be doing this job.. nobody could walk in & get food because they were only doing online orders! Straight up embarrassing!! 2025 work force for ya..

The employee that helped us needs a raise! We didn’t get his name but he was very sweet and personable!!! ( tall with a big smile and a few tattoos ) very helpful and talkative! These are the type of employees every company wants!!
