This is where I come to spoil myself but it’s not expensive. My favorite quick lunch is a bowl of miso and an order of three spring rolls. Only about $8?! Amazing sushi rolls when I am more

This place is such a treat. I love the fried rolls, my wife and I get the "Bruce Lee". They have very consistent quality, the price is good for what you get. I have eaten here about 30 times in the last 6 months and I will continue to treat my wife to this delicious food for our sushi dates. Whenever I show up, they already know what I want and they remember just how I like my order. Their attention to customers is great and they want the customer to be satisfied. I give this business 5 stars because it's an all around vibe that I like a lot!Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to come with me to the window to order because everyone at rawdeadfish is very nice and friendly, so she loves to say hi! Also there is super cool artwork all around on the truck.

We absolutely love sushi and love this place. My daughter and I make the long drive for this sushi and hands down the best in CDA. The Godzilla, Bruce Lee and the Caterpillar Roll are our favorites. It's a food truck, so we order our rolls, eat in our car while listening to a little music and talk - kind of like a little 45 minute get-a-way. Great!

Love this food truck! Everything has tasted fresh when we've stopped by and the slices have been big. I usually order at the truck but recommend calling in your order in advance so you don't have to wait for what usually feels like a long time. I just tend to dislike ordering over the phone (when it's a call) so I end up waiting. There is a little indoor space that the trucks seem to share but I think most people wait outside or in their car. I also love that there are multiple food trucks in that lot because the sushi lovers can shop at this truck and others can choose something else for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely fantastic sushi! Fresh and delicious. I let the person taking my order pick my roll so I don't remember what it was but everyone in our group loved their food. Don't be fooled just because it is a food truck!

Ee don't even know what to say. We were slightly skeptical of getting sushi at a food truck. The reviews spoke for themselves and we really did want to try it. We got there and they were a bit backed up. They squeezed us in after hearing we were from Pendleton and wanted to try them. God bless them for it. We took their recommendation of a roll not even on the menu yet and a spicy tuna roll. The one not on the menu needs to be shared with the world, it's incredible. This was hands down THE best sushi we've ever encountered. Flavors, textures, and combinations were spot on. If we ever come back to CDA we're coming back..... in fact we may just make the 4 hour drive for a sushi date night at Raw Dead Fish!!!

This place has the best rolls (especially spicy tuna! ?), portion, service, and freshness!I can't thank them enough for providing great raw fish dishes since I gave up trying nigiri or rolls in Eastern WA..I understand to have less fresh or choice of fishes but.....I couldn't stand spending $50-80 for blend meshi, cucumber tasted fatty fish rolls....powdered Wasabi....and saucy ricecake like rolls.?The prices of rolls and nigiri arent that different, and I don't expect Shiro's or Kashiba level in East of Cascades...but I just wanted to have adequately seasoned meshi, fatty fish ? rolls and nigiris, with less powery wasabi-flavor...?The raw dead fish is surprisingly great for sushi craver like me! Their spicy tuna rolls are spicy and savory enough that I didn't need soysauce at all, their roll with salmon and hamachi are always my favorite :)

A Rabbit Hole Too Far

Food: Aggressively average supermarket grade sushi. Service and vibe of the truck were pretty darn good.If you aren't a sushi snob then this place is GREAT FOR YOU!But if you can tell the difference in grades/freshness of fish then I would go somewhere else. Priced very well but it is what it is......sushi from a taco truck lolOne thing I have noticed since moving here is how white everyone is when it comes to food. As a Mexican/Japanese American it is SOOOOOO disappointing to go to one of these cuisines up here. Not a single good Mexican place (yes I have tried them all in the area) and only 2 good sushi places.
