Visited the Coeur d'Alene location today. The food was amazing, as usual. But the highlight of this trip was the fabulous service. Watching the servers, listening to them interact with each other and with their customers was a joy. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I had the Daily special which for Thursday was shrimp alfredo. It was a generous portion and was very good. My wife had the coconut shrimp and my daughter had the pappardelle crab pasta dish. All three were cooked well.

Lots of butter. Lobster was rubbery but it’s also a chain seafood restaurant not close to the coast.
Pleasantly surprised. The food was perfectly cooked. Short wait for meal. Waitress was just attentive enough( I don't like too much attention though) prices are fairly high $175 for3 adults and a child no drinks. But lots of food, took home enough for a full adult meal. One thing that's changed a side salad is now a$2.50 upgrade( considered a premium side)

Came in to the CDA ID Red Lobster celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. Came in at 4:00PM 5/9/25 we’re seated right away. My husband ordered the flounder sandwich and when it arrived he was served a flounder dinner no sandwich. I ordered the Lobsterfest feast with 2 lobstertails ($54). We called the server and she took my husbands flounder back to the kitchen where she said her manager was going to fix it. A sandwich was returned 15 - 20 minutes later with cold fries. I ate one of my lobster tails but when I took a bite of the second the top looked cooked but the underside was raw shellfish. We asked for boxes and our bill and explained to our server that I couldn’t eat the rest of my dinner because the lobster was raw. Sne offered to return my meal to the kitchen and have a new one cooked We really didn’t want to wait for another fixed meal, unfortunately our special dinner had already been ruined. So disappointing.
