1.18.26: My rating is actually 3.5 because our food was actually good once it arrived. It's super unfortunate everything from beginning to end took an excessively long time, causing this visit to kinda miss the mark...disappointing especially since we were having dinner here for a birthday celebration.

I made reservations for 3 people for 5:15pm, just in case they were busy, and also noted it was a birthday dinner. We arrived on time, however, it took them 5 minutes to figure out where they were going to seat us. Let me just say the restaurant was not visually busy the entire time we were there and with several empty tables.

It took about 10 minutes before our server, Gabby (sp?), came to greet us. By this time, we were all ready to order--drinks, apps, and entrees lol. Besides we didn't want to risk waiting forever for our food order to be taken. We ordered 2 appetizers: shrimp cocktail and crispy dragon shrimp. It took forever for cheddar bay biscuits to be brought to our table but the appetizers arrived right when we began to question where our food was. Both appetizers were really good.

For my entree, I ordered the Lobsterfest Boil with Old Bay & Butter seasons and medium spicy level. My friend ordered the Ultimate Feast and birthday girl got the Seafood Shrimp Trio. For the restaurant not being visually busy and even with empty tables, we waited an absurd amount of time for our entrees to arrive.

Thank goodness our food tasted great once it finally arrived, but it didn't erase the fact of how long everything took. Honestly, it put a damper on the birthday dinner as a whole. It was nice Gabby gave my friend's Mom birthday ice cream when it wasn't expected. Again, for the restaurant not being busy it was disappointing the amount of time it took for 3 people to have dinner. All I can guess is a shortage in kitchen staff.

The food sucks.Ordered steak and lobster.The lobster tasted like it was cook in a micowave chewed like rubber.The steak was
tough couldnt cut it with a steak knife.The service was excellent.
The prices and the quality of the food dont match.Outback steak
house closed down Red lobster will be next after reading all the bad reviews.

Cheddar biscuits are a 10. The lemon parmesean crusted chicken was a 7. Your waitress was a 2. Went in on Christmas because all the Chinese places were closed and the waitress we had, I think her name was Carol, has a real passive aggressive attitude and was downright snide. Other waiters and waitress were kind and nice tho

0utstanding service and food. Steaks were tender, cooked exactly right, and the lobster was the best we have had for a long time. Waitress was efficient and attentive. We highly recommend Red Lobster!!!

We got the Monday early bird special of a lobster tail and shrimp scampi and it was fresh, clean delicious and served by a kind and professional waitress. Wonderful experience.

I have not eaten at red lobster in a very long time so I figured since I was in the area with my boyfriend, we would go eat there. It was a little pricey, took us forever to get are drinks. . The waitress kept ghosting us. We sat there with empty glasses for too long the food it was OK. My shrimp was cold and hot. My salmon was dry and just didn’t taste right I didn’t even get butter for my lobster tail. The only thing I really enjoyed was the hush puppies but they would’ve been even better if I would’ve had butter, honey, to dip them in.
