Waitress was very rude. When l ask about sides she told me to look on the menu. We mentioned we had been there before and she told us we should know what the sides were and there was an up charge for the salad. Janette needs a customer service class.

I was splurging today and getting some shrimp and having a relaxing dinner. Alexis was a very attentive and happy server.She didn't rush me to eat and I just took my time.I will enjoy my meal for two more days because there was so much I couldn't eat. I like it that way.Cheddar Bay biscuits were polite and fluffy.

I'm severely allergic to seafood but wanted to treat my husband. The waiter was phenomenal on making sure my daughter and I's food was not cross contaminated with my husband or in-laws seafood. We had a fantastic experience!

I am highly disappointed!! My husband and I went here tonight as part of a weekend getaway. We both had the twin lobster tails and mine was not cooked all the way, and the cole slaw tasted old. When your spending $40 a plate. I would expect the food to be cooked all the way. I won't be coming back which is unfortunate. I used to love coming here. I can't stomach eating raw lobster again.

I am never disappointed when I eat here. This is my birthday Choice every year. We had a good waitress who took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and my mixed drink was excellent. I do not like super strong tasting drinks and the Lobster Punch was sweet and perfect. The all you can eat shrimp was amazing! My husband's crab serving was much larger than I would have expected and he was very pleased.

I ordered the surf and turf, the steak was very chewy and fairly fatty. Also the lobster tail was very overcooked and had hardly any flavor. They were not very busy but the waitress was non existent, she was friendly but only checked on us once after we got our food and I didn't even get one soda refill in the 90 minutes that we were there. Very hard to justify this price when to biscuits and broccoli are the star of the show

The food was good however this time service not so great. Had to wit for coffee that's OK I get it. But having to ask for refills the waitress seemed a little put off when I asked about weds special didn't get refills on biscuits like usual while waiting for lunch no salt and pepper on table had to ask 3 people for that. Took forever to get check even tho we were done eating she never asked if hubby wanted refill on drink or if we wanted a dessert either it was at least 10 min before I signaled her to ask about check then asked for take home container and I only got one for steak and salad and asked her for another so I didnt put both in one. She said something like good grief when she saw that she didn't get big tip we usually tip well especially for good service. Last waitress got $20.not this one. I don't usually complain because I know how hard they work but in case she wonders why so small a tip this is why

We ordered take out and my husband ordered the lobster lover's duo and I ordered the pick 3 shrimp. My husband said his meal was AMAZING however I ordered 2 of the coconut shrimp and 1 shrimp scampi for the pick 3 with a baked potato and the shrimp was tough and dried out. The coconut shrimp is usually my favorite but not tonight not sure what happened. The shrimp scampi was tough also and flavorless, kinda a bummer when you splurge to have a nice meal....

The crab was good. Cheddar Bay biscuits, excellent as always. Potatoes were over, basically burnt. The mango lemonade was awesome! Steak was perfectly cooked but overseasoned to the point it made my hubby cough...but he ate it all. Nice people but mixed experience. The bacon mac is pretty good too.
