Great pizza definitely not chain store it's a good crust and plenty of toppings and cheese great flavor and was worth the wait. Definitely need some additional menus for walk in customers or maybe a board showing the menu items. I just used my phone and everything was great ....... walk in weekday and still left under 35min. Keep up the great work and look forward to more!

Tried to order a pizza at 8:31, and was told that they do not take any new orders over the phone or in person 30 min before closing. Called the Post Falls location instead and they took my order immediately. I’m a long time customer and I LOVE their pizza though. Just frustrating to be turned away like that.

20 bucks for a two topping small pizza. Was hoping this was gonna be the best pizza I ever had…it wasn’t. I rarely see anyone here either. This isn’t inflation, this is taking advantage of the word inflation. There are many places in town that still have reasonable prices, are always full of people and seem to be thriving.

The last 3 times I have shown up at pickup time and had to sit in the lobby for 20 to 30 minutes past order pickup time. I have now been sitting here 45 min past pickup time and still no pizzas. Ordered early to pickup at 6:00, its now 6:48 and order is still not ready. Finally got my order at 7

The pizza is usually the absolute BEST at the one in PF so we have tried the Hayden one a couple times lately since it's closer to home. The 1st time it was like a dry pizza crust with all the toppings in a little circle in the middle??? This pizza is not cheap so I expect better. Last night we tried it again. I get there and it looks closed at 6pm. The open sign was off. However, there were 2 people inside so I went in to get it and had ordered a salad... a $10 salad mind you. To my dismay, the cold salad is sitting on top of the hot pizza awaiting my arrival. Who on earth wants warm salad? Like....COMMON SENSE!!!. The pizza was good though. The website to order is also pretty 90s and needs an upgrade. We'll probably stick with PF from now on because they are consistently good n this stuff is too expensive to be disappointed abiyt something every time
The pizza was delicious I wish I was in town longer to try more. The staff was so friendly and professional they were working hard and you could tell. I definitely give you 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone! I loved the varieties of the pizza also! You are doing a great job there I highly recommend it to anyone

Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had! We ordered the Chicken Mac & Cheese pizza, Chicken Bacon Artichoke Florentine and the Steak Tots! I’ve got a family of picky eaters but they devoured it all!
