Roger's Ice Cream & Burgers

This place really needs a manager or some help getting things organized. Also some training for some customer service. There was only one family in front of us but the staff seemed very overwhelmed. After our burgers which came with quite a few hang ups and a bit of attitude I won’t go into, we wanted to order ice cream. No one was in line or waiting for food and we went to order. The cashier wouldn’t look at me and when I began to order he told me it would be 15 minutes before we could have ice cream. We decided to leave but continued to watch him and he was just standing around. I don’t understand why he said it would be a long wait for ice cream when he wasn’t doing anything.

We recently stopped by for a sweet Sunday afternoon treat, and it did not disappoint! Our group ordered ice cream on a particularly hot day, and it was absolutely delicious—not too sweet, just perfectly creamy and flavorful. The portion sizes are huge! I ordered a single scoop that looked more like a generous double, and my husband’s double scoop could have easily fed a small army. You definitely get your money’s worth here, and the flavors are spot-on. Highly recommend treating yourself!

By far the best burger joint in town! The staff are friendly and you can build your own burger from scratch. Their burger of the month is definitely a must try.

I came here on Sunday 5–25… Was passing through walking my dog, and tried to order an ice cream. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided that my four dollar ice cream wasn’t worth it.

The flow in the kitchen was painful to watch. Very little was getting accomplished, and is the reason that I ultimately decided to leave.

Before I ordered, I was told that it would be a 30 minute wait for food - I guess it was wrong for me to assume that doing something like scooping a serving of ice cream and a glass of water would take anywhere close to 20 minutes.

I likely would have been willing to stay and wait, if there was any sort of hustle coming from the staff.

Gave me a weird look when I asked for a refill... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Like this money pit can't afford to give out 1 free refill?!? 🤡🤡🤡

Top quality Burgers and Fries. Locally sourced and fresh. Recommend!

Cool little old school spot! I got the huckleberry heaven! It was really good! Kids loved their ice cream as well! Price was fair!

By far the best burgers fries and milkshakes ever! I have traveled just to find the best bacon cheeseburger and I think I’ve found it! So juicy and delicious. The fries are fresh and seasoned perfect and NOTHING tops a huckleberry milkshake!

Don't say your open til 10 if you're not available to make shakes and etc! Rude! Won't give this place another chance!

Oh my greatness!! My husband grew up in the area and has been bragging about these burgers for years. I have my favorite local burger joint back home and he insisted these were better. And he was right! There’s absolutely no comparison. The fries are perfect, the burger was so juicy and flavorful and we washed it down with a huckleberry shake. It’s only a 5 hour motorcycle ride from home so we’ll be back more often!!
