The service is hit or miss, we had 2 poor experiences where they got our orders wrong and then forgot to call us when our food was up so it got cold... and we think we have gotten day old bagels because some were amazing and soft and others dry. The 3rd time the service was great! Still worth going for the food and the cafe is cozy.

Downtown CDA is awesome but what makes it better is when you find local restaurants who love their craft and people. My family and I immediately felt welcome and like we were long time customers. The staff is so kind and the food was delicious especially the bagels. I will be back and recommend Rustic to all:)

Great food on the Main Street of shopping. I am so glad that we ate there before we left town. This place will fill you up. The portions are big. We shared a meal and both of us could not eat it all. Very nice staff full of smiles and ready to help and answer questions. Also, very clean. Indoor and outdoor seating.

When I tell you this was the best bagel of my entire life, I’m not kidding at all. Walked in planning to get a bagel and cream cheese and saw the Jalapeño Popper option on the menu. Sounded exactly like something I’d love. Oh my. It was AMAZING! The bagel was incredibly fresh and toasted to perfection. The jalapeño cream cheese and thick sliced ham and bacon were full of flavor and proportioned very well. The fresh fruit on the side was a great add! Overall, 10/10 rating and 10/10 recommend!

The portion sizes were perfect, the food was warm, fresh, delicious, and made promptly :) we were starving so we appreciated the amazing service and how quickly we were given our food.
