San Francisco style Sourdough Eatery

Last time I ordered from here they were out of lettuce and I wasn’t notified until the food was delivered. Tried ordering tonight and they cancelled my order.

We waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, was told to hangon and we were forgotten about. It took a half hour just waiting in line (we were the only ones there)and to be forgotten, just to go back to work without food. Food is great here but honestly because of this service, I will never comeback here. **If you are looking for a place to go on your lunch break, this place is not it.**

It has a friendly vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere.

I was wondering why it took 25 mins to get my sandwich only one car in front of me. Everyone I come it takes for ever. I wonder if this sign is corporate approved messaging.

Love san Francisco Sourdough. Always good! But we ordered vegetarian sandwiches and she cut the veggies on the same slicer they'd just gotten done cutting the meat on. I tried to explain the issue and they were clueless.

Found this place by accident. Didn't have high expectations since it was attached to a gas station. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it really was. The bread was fresh and the amount of meat they put in is perfect. They make each one by hand so it does take a little longer, but well worth it

The store was dirty, the service was slow, slow, slow. The way they handled the food was gross, they had gloves on and then they went to the drive up window and took and order on a dirty computer and then right back to making food with the same gloves on. It was just gross!!

Worst Customer service. Wait times are too long. The owner obviously doesnt care about customer service or the issues would not continue. Guess the sign on the place that says that it's not fast food makes sense but sandwiches don't take that long to make. Just ask Jimmy johns.

Ordered 4 sandwiches to go online and 3 were incorrect. Was told theres no manager in this location (RIVERSTONE CDA) and that a refund was not an option. Even though the sandwiches we recieved cost much less than the ones we ordered. Expect the wait time on the order to be an extra 20 min as well. Bummer.
