Worst Customer service. Wait times are too long. The owner obviously doesnt care about customer service or the issues would not continue. Guess the sign on the place that says that it's not fast food makes sense but sandwiches don't take that long to make. Just ask Jimmy johns.

Ordered 4 sandwiches to go online and 3 were incorrect. Was told theres no manager in this location (RIVERSTONE CDA) and that a refund was not an option. Even though the sandwiches we recieved cost much less than the ones we ordered. Expect the wait time on the order to be an extra 20 min as well. Bummer.

I just went in for a simple breakfast sandwich, ended up standing at the counter for 22 minutes without being acknowledged or spoken to one single time. There was no one in the drive thru or in the rest of the store. Both the employees were standing there right in front of me but wouldn’t even look at me. Very frustrating when your trying to get food before work

This is a combination of experiences. Not one single one. It is the Goverment Way location.

I used to love coming here. Now this store consistently gets our food wrong. We came in 20 minutes before closing and they said they wouldn't make the sandwich we wanted because they had already cleaned their cutting machine and didn't want to rewash it. They are friendly but take forever and aren't accommodating to customers. I just sat in line for 20 minutes (no cars ahead of mine) to get a sandwich that has an insane amount of mayonnaise and barely anything else (I asked for lettuce and onion, as you can see it was just sprinkled in with the mayo) and they put on the wrong meat. I regret going every time unless the owner is there. That's the only time the sandwiches are good. So disappointed in the inconsistency with both service and food.

We love the food but be prepared to wait and check your order. Girls are more concerned with their personal conversations and they cant talk and work. And they love to talk.

Honestly you have to wait for about 15-30 minutes to even get your food through the drive though I ordered are 12:10 and still haven't received my food at 12:30...

Took over 30 minutes to make 1 sandwich. Girls running it were more concerned about closing and packing trash instead of making our order. Not during a busy time and just me and my S/O in the store. When asked about why our order was taking so long the lady was nice but hadn't started it at the 30 min mark. When reminded it took 3-5 min to make. Go to the other one near the movie theatre in CDA.

Horrible service!! Waiting 25 min in the drive through and I was the only person. Finally got my order and my sandwhich was missing the only veggies I asked for (lettuce, pickle) and they used a fire hose to put the mustard on. RIDICULOUS. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the Lancaster location where they put more pride in the service and food they make!

I ordered through door dash and had multiple dashers cancel my pick up because the store was out of the meat we had requested. i called the store to ask them to switch the sandwiches that they had available and then waited longer just to be called by doordash saying they had cancelled our order and when i called about it the man with the neck tattoos said we could come in and pay for another set of sandwiches. we had been waiting for 2 hours at this point and when we got there he charged us for 2 large sandwiches and spent another 30 minutes making them. when we finally got our sandwiches my partners french dip was cold and didn’t get his dipping sauce stuff and the large sandwiches we ordered were half sized. we paid over $20 for sub par food and terrible service. the worker even thought it was acceptable to tell us that he keeps the job because it keeps him out of prison. very unprofessional.

They are supposed to be open till 8 and yet they aren’t. If google is wrong then update the time. Kinda messed up for people who are driving in for food. And if your employees closed early still messed up.
