I absolutely love this place!! I come every week to get the Italian sandwich and I like my sandwich a certain way, different from most sandwich places, and every time they make it it’s perfect! The workers are always so kind and never mess up my order. It may take some time to get it all made and ready but it’s always worth it!

A snowy day called for a fresh baked french bread bowl of soup, broccoli & cheese and a tomato basil.Last minute choice of a sugar cookie as well.What a great comfort meal.The young ladies were all so friendly. It's definitely gonna be a weekly pickup.

Love their sandwiches although they go a bit light on the meat, IMO, I just order extra at additional charge. Can’t believe some people are giving them low reviews for wanting a tip, these people are taking your order, making the transaction, making your sandwich, wrapping it and bringing it to your car window. If that’s not enough to earn a tip I don’t know what is. Please support your local workers, especially here, from my experience they typically only have one employee who does it all and this is a “right to work” state so for all you know they could be making a lot less than you think. 10% tip is reasonable and beats a 10% tax right? At least when you tip you know it’s going to a person who needs the cash. When you pay sales taxes it’s going into the garbage

To begin, I purchase food for awarehouse of hungry guys, 6 days a week, at restaurants, and with that said I picked up meals from govt and ran into Kylie (sp?) who was in training.Regardless of this fact, Kylie's customer service was great and she was ever so helpful. Furthermore, the staff that were training her, were patient , helpful, and encouraging.As a member of mgt I was impressed with all these employees and needless to say the employees where I get food for continue to order regularly.

I just got a au jus sandwich she was gona do half Turkey and half roast beef but she got mad when I politely asked her if it's not too late if she just could mix the meats together. There was probable 3 slices of meet on each half and the bread was nasty too. Sandwich was not even warm (lukewarm) and the Cole slaw salad as disgusting and tasted old. Bro Colli soup wasn't very hot either. Paid $20 for this meal and it's gotta be the WORST sandwich I ever had. And the girl's attitude topped it all. I hate giving bad reviews but this was terrible service and I'm pretty sure I only had a couple of slices of meat because of what I asked her to mix the meats after which the attitude startedz. Do better!!

The last 4 times going there the older lady starts off super nice then turn absolutely rude when I pay and don’t leave a tip so I have gone back to see if it goes differently no she straight up said. “Wow you’re not gonna give me a tip?” I would love to give her a tip if she did her job well and had a good attitude. I’m not gonna reward someone just for doing their job. Tips are supposed to be for exceptional work and what I have experienced the last couple time is not that. Don’t suggest this place will ruin your day for sure
