Old School Liquor Bar

This is such a neat concept with great food and drinks. Live music while we were there and the piano player was really good. Food was delicious and good portions. Had their Pilsner which they brew and perfect for a warm day. The history of it being an old school adds that added character. Overall great place to stop in at.

Dinner Friday night was excellent. Finger steaks of actual steak, nicely done with a generous portion of tasty fries. French onion soup burger with onion rings was dandy and tasty as well. Service was quick and friendly. Will be a frequent stop now.

Fish tacos were great. Friendly staff, old school.

Cool place to visit. We enjoyed the staff.

Let me tell you about this bar and bison chili.

First off, atmosphere. Exceptional.
Food. Comfort food on crack.
Service. Best hands down.
But this Bison Chili though… 🤤🤤
Get down here, get you some, tip your bartender. Best local spot! Seriously!

Good food but outside atmosphere is terrible due to the non stop barking dogs that's constantly there. Must be an employees. Been there twice, both times it's outside of the patio barking continously. Ruins the whole meal... pulled up recently with some friends for food and cocktails. Same dog, could hear and see from the car. No thanks. Not paying to eat outside to listen to a dog barking the whole meal. And if it's an employees dog. Leave it home! Won't be going back.

Monte Cristo is a stunner! Been chasing this sandwich around the country for 50 years, and this one tops them all. The huckleberry jam adds a whole other level of local love! An absolute delight!

A very nice place. The decor was great and fit the namesake of old school. Great music. I loved the atmosphere. And Nova was second to none at the bartender position. Very friendly and nice vibes here. I definitely hope to pass by this way again.

Wow - this history of the building is amazing! Okish beers, tons of amazing liquors actually. The food is insane, and aptly priced. I asked them to throw meat on my chopped salad - they gave us a homemade fried chicken slice on top - I should have taken a pic. Best frickin salad I ever had!
