awesome food and even better people!

Lasagna Night and I was here as a guest of a local. The atmosphere was great, a family friendly place. I felt and was treated as a local. We sat at the bar and the service was terrific. I enjoyed the soup of the day, a smoked salmon and corn chowder and the special of the night, lasagna. Both were excellent. If you are in the area, enjoy a meal and or a drink in this fine establishment.

Honestly this place is incredible. So so welcoming, and the drinks and food are amazing. Gorgeous view too!

Visited again last weekend and was super impressed. The staff were frantically busy, yet as friendly as I've ever experienced in any restaurant or bar. When you see the manager bussing tables, that tells you something very good about the culture and explains why everyone seemed happy despite being slammed. Food was awesome.

Shooter's might have the best food/ atmosphere on the S end of the lake. Jeff, Jessica and the others go out of their way to make ur dining experience a great one. We shared the prime rib stroganoff and it was delicious and enough for both. ($27 for one big plate) I'm also addicted to their Jalapeño Cheddar Tots.

Food is average at best. Don’t venture too far away from the burger or the fish and chips and you’ll be ok. The service is below average. Server forgot specific orders and requests and never came back to check on us while eating to refresh beverages. Just an all around sub average experience but also not terrible place to grab a bite on the lake. Just manage your expectations. Solidly 3 stars.

We were visiting friends in the area recently and ate lunch as a party of 8. The service was fantastic! Everything we tried on the menu was great. I highly recommend the fried pickles, steak sandwich with sautéed onions and the fat boy burger. They have a great selection of apparel, too. Make sure to visit the little shop across the street to snag some homemade caramels.

We have been coming here for years and can honestly say we will not be back. The drinks and service were good but the food was extremely salty and almost inedible. I got fish and chips and had to remove the breading in order to eat the meal. My husband had a burger and onion rings and barely ate a quarter of it because of how salty it was.

Where excellent cuisine and mellow atmosphere blend to make this the perfect come and relax, enjoy the mellow view and say to yourself “I can’t believe how great this meatloaf is!”
This is absolutely our favorite date nite experience.
Come on in. Sit a spell. Relax. Have a coconut margarita or three… you won’t ever come here and regret it. I promise.
Kindness from the staff is warm and the food is seriously prepared and served to perfection. If Toby Keith and Gordon Ramsey had to hang out together for the evening, this would be the place!
If you are fortunate and Adel is your hostess, her recommendations are spot on. She’s the best!
