I absolutely love the drinks but the service is really lacking at times. Unless I come when there are a few cars ahead of me, it can be a while before the employee realizes there is a car at the window. As of today (Sunday at 11:10am) I have spent over 10 minutes waiting at the window with no sign of anyone coming. Im not sure if there is just no one in there or if its just a case of being distracted on a phone but it was very frustrating to have to wait so long just to leave...
This place is kind of odd. I like the idea behind it and it's something different. Service is usually okay, not great, not bad. Usually very young staff who don't interact very much. I like the concept, however probably 3/4 of the drinks I've tried are disgusting. I recommend they taste their concoctions they have listed before giving them to paying customers. Like some are really gross and get tossed. If you find a good one stick with it.
If you’re looking for a soda fix and are used to having Swig, Sodalicious, or Twisted Sugar on every corner, the Northwest can feel kind of disappointing. At least until I found SodaLove. They had everything I was looking for. And the service was even faster than Swig! Skip the coffee shops and switch to custom soda. You’ll be glad you did!
