I love this location and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them (which is why I’m giving 3 stars) but this one occurrence has shifted my opinion. The tall brunette with glasses working the drive through this morning was extremely rude. She slammed the window in my face when I went to ask for stoppers for my drinks and when I originally pulled up to say thank you she immediately gave me a very condescending attitude about how to order at Starbucks. I go to this location all the time, I know how to order thank you. Safe to say due to her I will not be going to this Starbucks again. Love the other stuff though, they do amazing <3

I arrived and ordered a drink and a nite to eat thru drive thru. Was handed my drink lid wasn't tight spilled all over me and my car. They had me pull around front replaced my drink, which was incorrect and a nice lady came out to help me clean off my car. I know it was an accident and everyone was some what helpful. I was covered in hot drink and my car is sticky all over. They gave me a 4.00 gift card.

Tried the sugarfree vanilla protein coffee and protein cold foam. I wish they had more sugarfree options.

They remember me and my order all the time. They are just awesome. Sometimes a little too fast paced but other than that, great!

I asked if I could purchase ice water with lemon and was refused and told that if I made a purchase that I can have a free ice water with my order. They do not have a button on the cash register to ring the water up. I wonder if this is a thing at Pike's Place in Seattle also?

Wow, this Starbucks on Ironwood in Coeur d'Alene was pure joy to visit. Everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY, was happy, welcoming and appeared to love their job. They certainly lifted my spirits. If you just do drive thru normally, I recommend you try going in. My first time in this Starbucks ... but they welcomed several customers by name! Need a lift in mood, this place will do it for you.!

I have bought the match with lavender foam 3 times-- once it was correctly made, once there was no foam on top and today it was 90 % matcha foam in the cup with little liquid. The baristas need to learn how to make this drink!

I come to this starbucks every weekend, and i always hope and pray Melissa B. is not working. as soon as i get to the screen to order i know its her. Shes just so rude. You get to the window, she throws the thing to pay at you. doesnt smile. doesnt make eye contact. and just looks down at you. she ruins my coffee runs. i never write reviews but we have seen her too many times with no attitude change and she just ruins our mornings. Hope i dont have to see her again.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this time I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and egg bites through a delivery app, and both items were completely tasteless, not what you'd expect, especially given the price. I contacted the delivery app, and shortly after, the manager of this location kindly reached out. She was understanding and offered a remake for both items. She told me to just let the staff know that the manager had contacted me and they would take care of it.

I went through the drive-thru last Friday around 8 PM, and it was a completely different experience. The person taking orders was extremely rude. As soon as I explained the situation, she cut me off and said in a harsh tone, “What was wrong with the order?!” I was just trying to explain what the manager had told me, and she interrupted again saying, “Yes, but what was wrong with it!? I need to know so I don’t make the same mistake again!” I was shocked by how aggressive and dismissive she was. I finally told her it was the Caramel Macchiato, and she just said “Drive to the window.” No mention of the egg bites I was also supposed to receive.

Thankfully, someone else handed me my drink at the window and they were much nicer, but honestly, this whole experience left a really bad impression. The manager was great, but the staff that night completely ruined the customer service. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. Starbucks should be better than this.

I TRIED! I’m a doctoral candidate which basically means I live on caffeine. I used to be a die-hard fan of Starbucks and would pay extra for the entire experience. Things started taking longer than normal at this particular location. After being late to work for the third time, I decided to move on from my favorite Starbucks location, and honestly, Starbucks in general. I recently was doing some research on Fortune 500 companies and saw all of the changes being made by Starbucks. These reputable scholarly sources spoke of the formula being used by the company, which honestly, it’s always all about quantifiable data that speaks loudest with me. I decided today was the day to put this to the test. I roll up to drive through and couldn’t wait for Nitro cold brew, my staple favorite drink that you can’t make incorrectly because it’s basically served from the tap, throw in some cream and vanilla syrup and you’re golden. So when ordering this drink I was immediately cutoff and told “our nitro is broken.” I’m like omfg, seriously. I asked for a moment and the gentleman says “we have cold brew and it’s the same thing.” I begin to order and he seems more focused on moving me forward as I’m trying to think of an alternative. I tell him that I will take a large cold brew, light on the ice, cream, and vanilla syrup. I get to the window and he seems frantic and focused on speed and forgetting about accuracy. I got all ice, instead of vanilla syrup, I got sugar-free syrup, which I don’t do artificial sweeteners. No cordial, warm, welcoming vibe, but rather a rushed mess. As I tasted the the drink I immediately tasted artificial sweetener. I noticed the cup was more than likely filled to the top with ice and cold brew added which is not what I asked for. I get to work and my assistant was surprised to see Starbucks in my hand and she found out that I was extremely annoyed and about to throw the drink in the garbage, she tried it and spit it out. Why why why Starbucks. I tried. I have DoorDash delivering coffee from my regular coffee place and am about to get a caffeine headache because I love coffee but refused to drink that mess in a cup.
