I love this location and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them (which is why I’m giving 3 stars) but this one occurrence has shifted my opinion. The tall brunette with glasses working the drive through this morning was extremely rude. She slammed the window in my face when I went to ask for stoppers for my drinks and when I originally pulled up to say thank you she immediately gave me a very condescending attitude about how to order at Starbucks. I go to this location...
I have never experienced such nice staff. The atmosphere is so upbeat and friendly. They know you by name and really are a great team. I highly recommend this specific location. Positive vibes!
I arrived and ordered a drink and a nite to eat thru drive thru. Was handed my drink lid wasn't tight spilled all over me and my car. They had me pull around front replaced my drink, which was incorrect and a nice lady came out to help me clean off my car. I know it was an accident and everyone was some what helpful. I was covered in hot drink and my car is sticky all over. They gave me a 4.00 gift card.
